Bad service, stopped delivering to us because we complained about a missing order, definitely don't sign up!

This service is the worst ever, expired products, missing items. I mentioned that I was overcharged and got no refund at all. Customer service is terrible. The lady on the phone is very rude and aggressive. Just avoid them. It’s very hard to close the account and I have to pay the last bill which is not correct either. I received a smaller amount of a product and I have to pay what I actually ordered. Disgusting! They are constantly delivering the wrong items and billing the higher prices.

Had a lady from this service call to the door yesterday, she looked in the window at me and saw I was busy with my baby and couldn’t answer the door. Rang the doorbell anyway then proceeded to ring the doorbell again after a minute! She came back again later in the evening when baby was being put to bed and rang the doorbell again, twice. Gone by the time I got to the door. She called again this morning while I was out but saw her on the ring camera, again ringing the doorbell twice. Really annoyed me that she’s called three times when we clearly don’t want to / have time to answer the door.

I wouldn’t even use this service now because of how annoying she was when she should have the cop on to not ring the doorbell in the evening nor call back multiple times if the door isn’t answered. Ridiculous. I expect she’ll be around tomorrow so will let her know how unprofessional she is if she does call.

Tried to bill me for an order I never received, 2 days later, thank god I cancelled my card. I contacted the milk agent and he was so unprofessional. But he did tell me I wouldn't be billed for the failed delivery, all of which was lies.

Just signed up with the guy that came knocking. Sounded good. Said I'd take a delivery per week as thought I'd be supporting local. Oh no. So 1.75L milk 3 euro plus euro delivery.
Tried to cancel my account online but you can't, you have to phone them. That's actually illegal, you can't sign people up to online accounts and give them no way to cancel immediately and on their own terms. And guess what, no one answers the phones there.

We originally signed up to this back in 2023.
On several occasions we noticed the products weren't chilled when collecting them from the door and as a result, the milk was turning quickly. The reason for this was later made clear when I returned home past 2am one night and discovered our milk delivery, for the next morning sitting on the doorstep This was during the summer months which meant dairy products were being left there for 5-6 hours not chilled until we collected them.
This defeats the purpose of fresh milk delivery and although we reported it, we never received any apology or explanation.
We also noticed that stock didn't seem to be rotated very well. We received Tuesday and Friday deliveries and the products delivered on a Friday we're often older/had a closer expiry date that those delivered earlier in the week.
Like others, our experience cancelling the service was an awkward one and we received a snotty email from the delivery guy demanding the plastic box/ milk cover back...which we paid for. Odd.

Very similar experience to a lot of the other reviews. On two bank holiday weekends we had missing deliveries but were still being charged for the full amount, when queried with the milkman they said they were left the Friday before.

We gave benefit of the doubt the first time but second time decided to cancel, which they make quite awkward by having to ring them. Now we have just noticed they are trying to bill again despite our account being confirmed as cancelled two weeks ago.

Really not good, we decided to cancel as is more hassle making sure we are being billed correctly and seems impossible to get refunded.

Worst customer service ever. The company has been taking additional money from our account for a year! We cannot get our money back or the company to contact us. They keep fobbing us off. Appalling. Stay well away.

Started out ok, delivers all good. However within the last two months, I made payments via Revolut as had done in past, nearly two months passed and my payments are still not reflected in my account, have called, email, messaged. Still says I've made no payments. The customer service lady said she'd pass the issue up to the regional manager, still noting almost two weeks later.
I've just informed them that I'll be consulting my lawyer, see if they can do anything about this.
To customer service: Don't go asking me to contact customer service like you have done others here, I've been contacting them for nearly two months and NOTHING has been done.
Update : Has been resolved, Milkman called me and we've sorted things out.

Never sign up!!!!!!!!!! no customer service no contact no contact with local milkman however in messages: if something is wrong just let me know I’m more than happy to help, I just need to know so I can get it sorted……

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS! Unfortunately I did 3 weeks ago and never received my order, got charged, not refunded after 3 phonecalls and a promise that Alex would call me back and deal with the refund. Another invoice sent although I've paused the account. Still waiting on my refund and account closure. Absolutely disgraceful 😤 I seriously cannot afford to pay for Absolutely nothing. 😢

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Alot of people in our estate signed up for this a couple of weeks ago. Some poor unfortunates give over their bank details at the time. Little or no deliveries. They were still charged. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS TO THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!

I subbed to the service there would be an ease of use of using the service.. but realized it wont be required for the consumption i have I even sent a nice courteous email to request a cancellation and the response i actually got from the company was "Time Waster" .. what an appalling service provider who has 0 respect for the customer

Good until you want to cancel. You have to call to cancel!!?

Do not sign up for mymilkman.ie.
They will never let you close your account.
You have to ring them to close your account, they never answer.
Do not sign up with them.

Used this service for almost a year. Delivery was unreliable. Tried to cancel after a few months but they persuaded me to give it another go so I did. However, the same issues arose again - late deliveries some days and sometimes no delivery at all. They make trying to cancel next to impossible and you have to be really firm about it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The lazy bąstard was fully set to deliver to me but whenever he arrived at my apartment complex he realised he has to climb the stairs. Can see by his picture he's a big bąstard too. Absolute waste of time
