I signed up to my milkman in 2022. It was very convenient and reliable. I was happy with the service until the last 6 months or so.

My milk was due to be delivered on a Monday morning, but was always delivered on Sunday evening. I didn't really mind. After pausing my order for awhile, I changed the delivery day to Wednesday as I thought this would suit me better. I may not be home on Sunday when the milk was delivered and would end up being outside for a few hours. However, I have not received any milk since, despite paying for it.
I emailed and texted the delivery driver on the 5th and 18th January and 2nd February. I still have heard nothing back. I also emailed customer services on the 18th January and no response there either.

I have paused my account and will continue to do so until this matter is resolved. I have been charged €15.25 but no milk delivered and no explanation or communication either.

I am so disappointed as I had recommended the service to others.

Edit: I will email again but to note that I already sent an email to the exact email on the reply below on the 18th January and no response there either.

Don’t trust. It takes orders in app it can’t deliver; and bills you! For example. You order butter before the 9pm cutoff for tomorrow as a once off order. It doesn't arrive. But you will be billed. Milkman says he needs 4 days notice of extra orders despite 9pm evening before in app. Essentially the front end looks great. But the milkman behind it simply cannot fulfill your order. But the invoicing system works really really well!!! Really better to avoid. I wish it worked but unfortunately it doesn’t.
I had 3 days of delivery and each day was wrong. Now it doesn’t look easy to cancel and was cut off after 15 mins waiting on hold to cancel.
Edit: Got a callback and assured that invoice will be corrected and account will be cancelled.
Edit 2: finally done with them. But on the final bill I was overcharged also. Not worth the hassle even though I had emailed and phoned with the correct amount them.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars because this DISGUSTING company deserves NOTHING!!!!!!!! I lodged a complaint before Christmas when two of the milk men aggressively threatened me at my door and smashed off my windows. I heard NOTHING back from ANYONE after this disgusting behaviour despite multiple calls and have heard NOTHING despite being absolutely terrified!!

They were banging off the door at half eight and when I didn’t answer (I wasn’t even there!!!!!) instead of leaving they smashed on the door for a further ten minutes and then bounced themselves off my windows until my housemate answered!!!
I have two foster children who were TERRIFIED when two aggressive men started bouncing themselves off my windows at half eight at night in the pitch black winter!

I was extremely patient but it’s been months now waiting for anything back from them and i am furious.

Absolutely disgraceful company, disgraceful customer service and apart from that I was constantly overcharged for cereals I never received ever, and the milk would often be lumpy by the time I’d get it in the morning (they’d drop off about 1am and I’d get it about 8am)

They refuse to stop delivering and you cannot close your account! Best you can do is keep pausing the deliveries for 28 days. I'm disputing all the charges on my card since I asked them to close my account last year!! Very expensive milk as well, 50% more than Tesco or Dunnes

Absolutely terrible customer service...., made numerous calls no response... requested call back no response.... charged for goods not received.,.. no response to emails....don’t sign up you will regret it!!!
Hopefully after this review someone will eventually contact me????

Always on time and always correct deliveries in my area. We started when our kids were babies and it was one less thing to have to worry about. Would definitely recommend it in my area, the delivery person is very reliable.

I signed up for this service only because the sales agent who rang at our door was too nice and she was very genuine. But this service never worked for us since we are not heavy milk drinkers. The worst thing of all is that I keep getting wrong deliveries (the last time I ordered 4 items and I got 3 wrong). Keep getting the wrong milk brand or type delivered. I once contacted our milkman to let him know and he didn't respond. In fairness, another time when he didn't deliver, he did respond. I wrote to the customer service to let them know that we keep getting wrong deliveries and that I wanted an item changed or refunded. No response. I asked them how I can move from weekly to once-off deliveries, no response. I now want to CLOSE my account, so I hope that this review will get them to answer my email. Please, don't reply with your usual template to contact your customer service. I have already done that. If you don't reply, I will talk to my credit card provider to see what we can do to stop getting charged.

I was told when signing up that l will have no delivery charge for first 4 weeks. At my first bill milk man charged me so l wrote to him and he said l was told wrong…. I spoke with customer service they said they will talk to him and get back to me- which never happened, never heard from them and was charged by milk man for delivery.
Milk man never looked at the app, wrong deliveries.
Not happy at all with the service and l closed the account! Never again!

Constantly something missing from deliveries. Most recently we bad 2 expired products delivered. You get no satisfaction when contacting so there's no point. We cancelled previously because of this but decided to give a second chance. Cancelling our service again for good this time. Disgusting

When we first signed up we were very happy with the service. However in the last number of weeks we have had several missed deliveries. We relied on these deliveries for our baby’s milk, some mornings there would be nothing delivered and we’d have to run out and get some. Just not good enough when you’re paying for a service, you expect your deliveries to be delivered!

Be wary of you kids cycling around there idiot drivers. Seen one nearly running a kid over cycling his bicycle. Such an aggressive person when he was approached

I've been amazed at how good this all is. Brian Gleeson our milkman is spot on with the order, there when you get up. No more legging it out into traffic in the rain to get milk for the kids. Its like the old days with all the options of digital. Its a pity some bad milkmen are dragging this down.

This has been a nightmare. This company won’t respond. I got sold this by Liam Corcoran at my door step. Nothing ever comes good of cold callers. He will not respond no matter how hard I try text, email and phone. Gave card details and then driver started appearing saying my card not working. So I gave him cash. However, they keep charging my account. Now after all this time and calling to close account they are charging me for things that they aren’t delivering. I stopped their service around Xmas. Today I got automated email with an order for Wednesday. I closed this account. They have taken 56 euro from my card. Don’t fall for this they are the worst I’ve dealt with in a long time.

All ok with deliveries. There was one mistake where I was charged for a delivery on the day when there was no deliveries (bank holiday weekend).
The problem is with their customer service. I was waiting for over a month to get refund. I wanted to close my account after 4-5 months with them due to lactose intolerance, and after over a month of trying to contact with them - still no success. No one will call you back when you set-up a callback in the app. Account still not closed.

I signed up with this company nearly 4 weeks ago and never received a delivery. I was initially told my order was missed because they couldn't find my house and didn't have the Eircode(despite the fact that an Eircode is needed to set up the account). There was no explanation as to why I wasn't called to confirm the address. The next delivery didn't materialise either; ¹I tried to phone the number provided but the call was hung up on. I had to leave 3 messages to get someone to call me as you cannot close the account without having a rep try to persuade you to stick with them. I try support small local businesses but with such appalling service, it is hardly surprising that the big chains seem like a safer option.

I keep getting emails years later that I owe money. I have repeatedly cancelled after never getting a single item from them. Avoid.

I love the service I also never see him/her but that’s not really a problem for me. the order is always correct and it always comes on time but I understand that some People have had different experiences and not necessarily good ones. I like it

Best service. Ever since we switched to getting our milk delivered , it has been spot on. Can’t complain. Our milkman Evin is timely, always send messages in case of delays.

I signed up to this service partly for nostalgic reasons partly due to face to face pressure sales at my door. I had problems from the start and I complained to the company and my milkman directly. The issues included wrong product delivered, missed deliveries, and poor timing of deliveries either too early of too late to be functional. The most problematic issue I have is that I have been unable to cancel this service despite following the correct procedure and speaking directly with the complaints department. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! As you will struggle to get out as I am.
