Brilliant service, couldn't fault it
Got through no problem at all, which was a great start. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and professional, she explained everything clearly and was really understanding. Nothing was too much trouble.
And I have to say, her accent was lovely, warm and friendly, it genuinely made the call a pleasure.
Would highly recommend.
