Myomaster Lux
After purchasing the wonderful Myoice/Myochill and Myoair Compression leggings, I couldn't wait to purchase the Myosauna Lux to complete my home recovery sessions. Unfortunately both the product and especially Myomaster customer service have not come close to meeting their previous high standards. I have been 'working' with Myomaster customer service since 11/28/25 to resolve issues with ill fitting sauna door and leaking issue, despite their assurances that they are committed to resolving my issues we're now at 16 weeks and I've heard nothing from 'customer service' since January 30. Issues have been many, the build time and heating time do not meet expectations and website product information is misleading at best. Product build is nearer seven hours, many of the stathes were incorrectly manufactured and had to be cut to fit, screws supplied too short to secure stathes. Roof tiles need to be silicone glued to secure, vent has to be sealed with silicone to prevent leaking. My sauna delivered without being completely varnished so money and time spent varnishing stathes and trims. Sauna interior is unfinished so chose to use yacht varnish to protect sauna floor. Once completed had to spend considerable time using log splitter to split sauna stones to size capable of fitting burner. Heating time is not 15 minutes, expect to wait 45 minutes for the sauna to heat to 80 degrees, the 6KW appears to be too small for the interior space, Harvia Sauna websites volume calculation suggests a sauna oven of 8KW rather than the provided 6KW is required. Once built I advised Myomaster that the sauna door had not been factory tested and did not fit correctly, allowing water to leak in and heat to escape which obviously contributes to the excessive heating time. I believe the sauna is poorly designed allowing significant leaking and pooling onto the internal floor, water collects in the external trim ledge below the front door and finds it's way along the grooves into the sauna. Currently using rolled up towels to try and soak up the water before it pools internally but obviously concerned about the unseen water damage taking place. I've asked for Myomaster on January 30 to send out a tradesman or one of their installation team to fix the sauna doors but am yet to receive a response, I've losing faith with their product or technical team to produce written response to my other concerns given my issues were originally raised in November 2025.

My Myozone ozone cleaner stopped…
My Myozone ozone cleaner stopped working after 5 months of use. It looked to have become waterlogged inside the unit. I contacted Myomaster and spoke to Josh in customer support. He was excellent. Within a short time he had contacted Rachele who agreed to replace the Myozone without charge. It’s in the way in the post as I write this. This is the very highest level of customer support I have ever received from a company. Thank you Myomaster.

MyoChill Review
Firstly, our MyoChill has been a game changer. The chiller is efficient and excellent quality, meaning we can use the cold plunge every day and know that this will always be at the write temperature. It is easy to install and easy to operate. If you have any queries, there are videos to support or the team has always been on hand to give help when needed.
When we had a small issue with one of the parts, Rachelle and the support team were instantly back in touch and helped with a replacement part to get us back up and running.
I would highly recommend.

Don’t bother - have returned.
Ordered on Black Friday deal the lux sauna. Clearly this company sold too many to cope with. Order didn’t arrive until end January. Assembly was paid for through them, but was outsourced. Finish was shocking and it was unlikely to survive a season. Never had the heater on and in fact I think if it had heated up the actual wood frame probably would have warped due to the gaps and splintered edges. Finally got my money back 7 days after complaining to Joe.
It’s poor quality workmanship from China for both the product and assembly. Do not waste your time or effort. I’m hugely disappointed.

Look for another
I purchased a MYO master in August 2025 and have been very disappointed with it.
The MYO master bath leaks, The Pump stopped works, The connectors to the bath snapped.
I have had to pay for new connectors, New Pump and no one has come back to me regarding the bath which I had to by another, just got a e-mail saying out of stock and for me to trade up to the next one and will do a deal on it, Up Selling which I said no,
They still have taken the money and not refunded it.
So the only thing that hasn’t been replaced is the chiller,
I wish I purchased another one through a different company, customer service is shocking

Superb Product, exceptional customer serive
I upgraded from my Lumi set up to the MyoIce Pro + MyoChiller. The ice bath is incredibly robust and easy to set up and the chiller is a massive game changer. Constant 3 degree water temp. Even in the height of summer it still got to around 5-6 degrees. Customer service has been exceptional. I've seen a few negative reports online but this couldn't be further from my own experience. I had an issue with the Myozone last year. within days a replacement was dispatched. The Myochill suddenly stopped working recently (after some heavy usage). Again, fast response, and a replacement is now on it's way. Rachelle was superb at every step, keeping me fully updated. Honestly, this product is a major part of my daily routine and recovery regime. Knowing there's such an attentive and supportive team dealing with any (albeit) rare issues is great to know. Can't recommend Myomaster enough!

Unbelievable customer service
I'd had my MyoMaster chiller for over two years when it stopped working. I contacted them, despite it being out of warranty, to see if they could offer any advice. Rachelle was super responsive and, after me describing the issue, offered to replace my unit with a new one at no cost. Unbelievable service. I didn't expect anything going in and was completely surprised at the way in Rachelle dealt with it so efficiently.
