Absolute scam bags. Don't waste your time on this shit. Test is free, results are not. Goodluck trying to unsub from them.

They advertise the quiz as FREE and once you finish, they ask you to pay a small fee to see the results. After this, they automatically sign you up to a subscription you have no idea about until you receive a large bill come out of your bank. In my case $48. The process of getting a refund is extremely hard and they in fact GHOST you.
Do not use this website.

Scam site. You pay $1.99 to print a "free" personality test. They trigger a suscription without telling you, until you receive their receipt and is disclosed in a small text at the bottom. Cancelling the suscription is almost impossible. They took money for 9 months before I was able to stop them. They change the charge identifiers every month to avoid the bank or PayPal blocks

Thank you for the short sharp shock on Sunday morning - unexpected charge of $35 CAD. This looks like a carefully crafted membership trap when you pay for "one-time service" and then hooked up for membership.
Yes, they refunded the charge without disputing it but I lost on the exchange rate :(

I purchased what was presented as a one-time $1.99 personality test using Apple Pay and was later charged for a subscription I did not knowingly authorize.

I never created login credentials, never intentionally signed up for a recurring membership, and did not clearly consent to ongoing billing. The only mention of a subscription appeared afterward in an email that was filtered into my spam folder.

This feels extremely misleading and designed to catch people off guard after a low-cost purchase. I’ve since had to contact the company to demand cancellation and a refund for charges I did not knowingly agree to.

Consumers should read everything very carefully before entering payment information, even for a small “one-time” purchase.

Great customer service! I did have to email and call multiple times to take care of my wishes, but the reps were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Same problem as other reviews, the service charged monthly subscription after one-time purchase. these charges are unauthorized and cost 27.88 each month. I had no idea I was being charged for six months (167.28 total) this website is a complete scam, do not give them your financial information.

Paid 1.99 never got confirmation email. Couldn't log in, contacted customer service and they told me to contact after the pending status was gone with my bank account. 2 days later I sent a new screenshot and then they told me it was not them that charged me. Even though I was never routed away from their website. So I couldn't cancel my subscription so I hope they have fun trying to collect payment from a debit card that is canceled. Garbage company ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. And they should be ashamed.

It stated it was free on the front page, so I took the quiz, then it would not show the result unless I sign up and pay.
