Deceptive and a waste of money
Deceptive! Results are not accurate and they charge you for a vet subscription during check out that you don't realize you are paying for. Don't give them your hard earned money.

It also includes a 30-day free trial, during which you can cancel at any time without being charged. We always aim to make our pricing and subscription options as transparent as possible.

It was confusing at first when it sends…
It was confusing at first when it sends you an email to activate your text and they don't mail you anything. I make my own dog food for Bully breeds, all with intolerances. I normally use 5strands. The 5 Strands test accurately diagnosed the correct intolerances because once the process began within a week there were no more hives and or yeast. My problem is the results the My Pet sensitivities provided me contradict what I had previously tested for one year ago. SO going forward I will stick with 5Strands. There was a lot of information in the ultimate pet food sensitivities but I find that there was a large amount of things he is intolerant to got missed. They received my test one day and by the next day the results were in. I guess its a gamble I took.

After months of reoccurring bad tummies…
After months of reoccurring bad tummies with my rescue chihuahua we did this test. What a game changer, cut out the main sensitivity and problem solved. He’s now been 2 months without diarrhoea etc x

Poor service
Ordered the sensitivity test a week ago & still haven’t received it.
You can’t track the order, despite them saying you can & no reply to my 2 emails asking where the test kit is.

We’d also like to clarify that our sensitivity tests are digital and we don’t send a physical test kit in the post, so there is no delivery to wait for.
You can get started straight away by activating your test online using the unique code provided in your email. Once activated, you can collect your sample and send it to the address provided.
We hope this helps clarify things, and please do check your junk/spam folder for our previous replies. We’re happy to assist further if needed.

This is the 2nd time I have used you…
This is the 2nd time I have used you for my dogs. Both times, the test results have made complete sense! This time, my dog was having terrible issues with his tummy. The results say beef is the issue.. so I've cut that out of his diet, and the difference is amazing! Very very pleased, so thank you very much!

Got our test results and made sure we didn't give our dog anything on the list that he was sensitive to. Rash all gone now for 5 months. Service was great and although the vet said don't rely on it, week they were wrong!

Our results were received promptly and have given us some ideas of where the issues may be coming from. We intend to make some food changes based on the results however, only time will tell if these changes have any affect. If I had a recommendation, it would be helpful if some testing was done on some environmental aspects as well.
