Our results were received promptly and have given us some ideas of where the issues may be coming from. We intend to make some food changes based on the results however, only time will tell if these changes have any affect. If I had a recommendation, it would be helpful if some testing was done on some environmental aspects as well.

Ive used the tests for my 3 dogs and 3 fosters (dogs and cats). Ive recommended it way too many times to count. The cost compared to standard allergy blood tests in my area is so economical. The results have been incredibly helpful. The idea of the elimination diets is too stressful, especially when I may only have a foster a month. However this last time, your turn around from order to results was less than 10 days! I really appreciate how fast and accurate the results are. I honestly dont have any suggestions!

Very reliable
Very reliable. I have used this company twice. My first dog once I received the report back immediately changed her diet and saw results. My other Frenchie was having similar issues and had him test as well.

My pet sensitivity is a very detailed and easy to use site.
I like everything about this whole process. The site was easy to use. The process instructions/steps were also easy to understand. The results were a quick turnaround I received my results the same day that I was informed the samples had been received. The reactivity results were very detailed.

Per their instructions, I sent our dog’s sample to the address provided. A few days later I checked the tracking information, which shows that it was received at the destination address. A few days later, I checked the lab’s internal tracking system, which is supposed to show where your sample is in the process. This showed that they had not received our sample.
When I reached out to the company for an explanation, I was advised that the address provided for shipping is only a “mail sorting plant” and that somehow, after reaching this point, the sample is supposed to magically make its way to the “lab,” for which no address is provided and with no indication as to who will ensure this occurs. So, clearly can’t happen and will remain in the “mail sorting plant” until the end of time.
All the company is content to do is continually advise that they are not responsible for anything, including the the sample going missing - which it quite obviously has, being as it was sent to some random address as provided by them. I have reached out and requested a person to speak with, only to be ignored. I have now instructed them to process a refund, which they have also ignored. Clearly nothing but a blatant scam, likely being run out of someone’s basement. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!
……….this “business” responds to my review saying how sorry they are and would like to make things right. I have reached out to them requesting contact information (the phone number posted on their website is fake) to speak to someone to resolve this - they refuse. I have also repeatedly directed them to process a refund - again they refuse. The only party involved genuinely attempting to chase down a resolution, definitely isn’t them. Thanks for proving my point - classic scammer behaviour…….

Unfortunately BAD and Inacurate
Unfortunately, the test results were very wrong. We went to an actual vet to have our dog tested and all the results were not even close.
On top of that be ready to be scammed with an add $9.99 for a video vet EVERY MONTH that will NEVER be used if you don't remember to cancel a subscription! Again, always a ploy never just honesty

I’m sorry you feel the subscription was unclear, however, I would like to clarify that the complimentary 30-day subscription is not mandatory and you are absolutely able to opt out.
There are multiple opportunities during the checkout process to remove the complimentary subscription before completing your purchase - you can also opt out during the free trial before the renewal fee. The information also clearly explains that the trial will continue as a monthly subscription unless cancelled.
We appreciate that you may not have intended to continue with the subscription, but the option to decline it was available at the time of purchase and you also had the opportunity to cancel this during the trial period.
Beware
Beware! The test itself was fine and helpful but unfortunately this company signs you up for a free “subscription” and then charges you $10 a month after that. I cannot see a way to cancel this subscription. Feels very shady and unfortunately a scam.

If the option was selected during checkout, or if it was not removed from the basket before completing the order, the subscription would have been added to the purchase. We certainly never intend for this to feel misleading, and we’re sorry you were left with that impression.
