Well worth the money
I picked this company because they offered a fuller range of sensitivity testing than other companies for the same price. They communicated every step of the way and delivered accurate testing results in an exceptional timescale. Do watch out for the 247 vetline subscription that kicks in after 30 days. If you didn’t see this to remove it from your order then just e-mail them and they will be responsive and helpful. I was really pleased with the ease of the process - provide them with pet hair from grooming and they can test for sensitivity to multiple items the results of which will be meaningful in helping you eliminate items from your pets diet and environment. The test confirmed what we had suspected - it was money well spent. Would recommend.

I got great service from this company
I got great service from this company, :The Analysys was fairly quick to come back. Did some research on my dogs food plan. Found a dog food without the major problem ingredients and my dog is on a special diet now, but it's been nearly a month now, and he still has some symptoms of allergies. But we will continue the diet and see what happens.

Been confirmed via email it’s not an allergy test
I did the ‘allergy’ test on my dog. Came back with two stupid items that aren’t relevant.
And when I have contacted them to say I want a refund because my dog is obviously allergic to something that you haven’t found.
The response was that it isn’t even an allergy test but a sensitivity test and doesn’t show allergies.
So basically they’ve confirmed that the same product you payed an extra £80 for isn’t what they said it is and it doesn’t even come back with as many results as the cheaper test does.
Go to somewhere else for your allergy test don’t waste your time or money

Bad business
I was tagged and charged for a Vet hotline that I did not order nor need. It apparently is not an option to choose and it's tagged on to the test kit. If you do not notice it they charge your credit card a non-refundable fee. This is unscrupulous and deceitful. Stay away from this company.

There are multiple opportunities during the checkout process to remove the complimentary subscription before completing your purchase - you can also opt out during the free trial before the renewal fee. The information also clearly explains that the trial will continue as a monthly subscription unless cancelled.
We appreciate that you may not have intended to continue with the subscription, but the option to decline it was available at the time of purchase and you also had the opportunity to cancel this during the trial period.
Beware of add-on subscriptions
When you purchase your test you are forced to sign up for a “free” 30-day trial. You are not able to opt out of this. Super predatory and relies on you not remembering to cancel before your subscription renewal. Despite never using this service or even logging into the product and reaching out shortly after the first charge was received, I was told I was not eligible for a refund. Ridiculous. I wish I was able to opt out of this to begin with.
Upon further review, you are able to remove this from your cart prior to check out; however it is AUTOMATICALLY added when you add anything to your cart.

Received results next business day after sample arrived! We changed our dogs diet based on results and the drastic itching stopped!

I was hoping to narrow down what was making my dog chew on his feet and scratch himself constantly. All your test indicated is I shouldn't feed him Kangaroo, Rabbit ears, Cuttlefish and a bunch of other obscure items. I'm glad it was only $80.00 wasted.

We do analyse a wide range of foods and other items, and while some of the results may seem unusual or unexpected, they can still provide useful information. Items such as rabbit ears, for example, are commonly given to dogs as treats, so knowing which foods or treats to avoid can still be helpful when reviewing your dog’s diet.
If you’d like, we’d be happy to help you go through the results and make the most of the information provided.
Finding the right food
Initially I was skeptical because my first sample was never received. I contacted them and they immediately got back to me. Once the second sample was received I got the results within 2 days. I was able to use the breakdown of sensitivity to find the right dog food.

Absolutely awful company very deceitful and misleading advertising with no accountability. Their tests are not based in science they can’t provide any clinical research studies to back up the science behind their testing methods. I would advise you to save your money and go to a proper vet.

I didn't know my dog ate alligator!
I was pleased with the speed of the results, and surprised by some of the findings. It is been useful when cutting out some things from Spooky's diet. I didn't actually realise she had eaten alligator, but it had been in a gift box from her behaviourist at Christmas!!
The only negative I have is that I emailed the company to ask for clarification on some things but didn't get a reply.
