The results were quick
The results were quick, and the first thing I noticed was my cat's high reactivity to lamb, which was the main protein in the food I was feeding her.
A coworker recomended mypetsensitivity.com when I told her how my cat was overgrooming and had developed psychgenic alopecia.
Thank you, my cat is growing back fur and she is calm since I have changed her diet.

Excellent, what a difference we honestly thought chicken was the issue with our Staffy, but after doing the My Pet Sensitivity test turns out pork was the main food sensitivity issue, we have since removed all pork products from his diet and he’s itching has definitely improved, he seems much happier. This test was very thorough and so easy. Would definitely recommend if you’re concerned and unsure what could be causing certain issues.

We’ve checked our records and can confirm that both reports were issued and sent to you on 21st July. However, we completely appreciate that one may not have reached you, so we have now resent both reports to you.

I received my packet. I followed the instructions. My packet got there in a couple of days and only a day later I received my results. I know the new vet doesn't agree with these kinds of tests but I have found it to be very helpful. Thank you, Pet Sensitivity,

Lots of information for the price and very helpful!
Easy to get the sample required. Results came pretty quickly. It was a very reasonable price for the amount of information received. It has been very helpful in getting my dog's skin cleared up after many years of struggles with it.

Fake tasting
Rubbish said my dog can have chicken when even the smallest bit makes her ill and that she is fine with grass when she isn’t she breaks out in hives. Only meet she can eat at the minute is beef and toys saying she is highly sensitive to it? Robbing people of there money your not testing the hair for that may thing as you had my dogs hair for less then 24 hour before you sent to results out. No where near enough time to test for 2 things let alone the amount you advertised. I fly. Need someone to ring me to “clarify “ I know the difference in sensitivity and reaction it was just one example I made

My dogs hair sample was lost twice
My dogs hair sample was lost twice, I finally mailed it certified return receipt. When I got the results I was relieved…Until I brought them to our vet. Our vet said the testing done was “unreliable” so now I have to pay for another lab to test my dogs hair.

The process was easy, results confusing
The process was easy, fast and affordable. The results were confusing. I was very careful not to mix up the samples! The results for our young healthy dog looked like they should have been the results for our older dog that has all kinds of allergies. The list for they young healthy dog, with no allergies was long! The list for the older dog with lots of allergies was short and did not include foods we know he is allergic to. So we are stumped as to what to do with the results. Listing SO many things' dogs might be allergic to was overwhelming.

Xena is constantly scratching
Xena is constantly scratching. Raw food shop said stop chicken it will be that. So decided we need a test. Came back shes allergic to beef. And grass. And stuff that's in flee treatment. So beef stopped now. So hopefully seesome improvement soon.

The test did seem to narrow down what…
The test did seem to narrow down what my feline was having a sensitivity to I can tell a difference now that I'm feeding my female feline different food. She was constantly itching had areas where fur had been licked completely off that had scabbed up. All that changed so the test must have been accurate. I almost didn't do it I was going to request a refund I'm glad I went through with it. I don't know that it was 100% accurate there's no way for me to know but I do know my cat has healed and it has made a difference in her. She suffered itching and over grooming for 2 years prior to this. I only had her for one of those years but when I got her she was in that condition and already had several bald spots I was able to get her to a much better place thanks to this test.

The test results make no sense
The test results make no sense. Our dog has been on strict rabbit diet for 4 years as is the only protein that agrees with his stomach and was flagged as high sensitivity. We have identified chicken as one of his main dietary allergen/sensitivity and the test results showed he is 💯 ok with chicken. I wouldn’t trust the results and hoping I can get my money back.
