Better than “5S” IMO
Although not as technically advanced as the other testing companies. Like apps and such the results were so easy to read and so much less complicated. I've previously used another company for years, which has changed their tests to the point where you actually have to get probably several tests in order to just get a food sensitivity test for your cat. they also would test for products that I’ve never even dreamed of seeing in cat food. Like ostrich and alligator! Which just makes the report so much thicker and so much more tedious to go through. I’m happy to have found this company. My cat is on the new diet plan and her skin condition is clearing up beautifully.

I felt that I was misled about the test…
I felt that I was misled about the test type. I was expecting a more definitive "allergy " test, not a "sensitivity " test. I also did not appreciate the way in which the "subscription" was cloaked during my initial test purchase. I have canceled the subscription after the first billing accordingly. I will be reaching out to my vet to pass on my thoughts.

Highly recommend this test and company.
I’ve gotten tests for both my cat and my dog. I make homemade food for both so this test was essential in creating a perfect recipe for each of them. I really like my pet sensitivity because it’s super easy by just taking some hair samples and shipping them out. They give you a very comprehensive food and environmental allergen sensitivity test which has helped me give my dog and cat a more comfertable and healthier life. Also reached out to the customer service and they are very nice and helpful.

I sent in two hair samples from the…
I sent in two separate hair samples from the same area of my dog and paid for two separate test and they contradicted each other. The email stated it would take at least 3-4 days to get the results and right after I received an email stated my samples/test were received I received a email with the results shortly after

Maybe not 100% correct but my dog was helped by the results we showed. We eliminated the food from his diet and it is better, I highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. Easy to take a sample and clear instructions on doing so and sending it in. The results were available about 24 hours after they received it. Very comprehensive and told us exactly what we needed to know. We changed our dog’s diet according to the results and he is 100% better after only a few days! No more throwing up. No more skin issues. Could t be happier. Highly recommend.

Thorough Test
The test results were very thorough and gave a lot of information.
Where the problem occurred is in communicating how to initiate the testing and when/where to get the results. Maybe it's just me, but an email or text to say the results are available and a link where to find them, that would be very helpful.

I never received my results and was signed up for a monthly subscription I didn't ask for.
I never received my results, even though I received an email stating that they received my dogs hair samples.
Then out of nowhere, I get an email receipt showing that I've enrolled in a $10 a month subscription for pet advise. I did NOT sign up for that. When you call, you receive a message stating that nobody is available and line disconnects. When cancelling the subscription online, it forced me to explain why I'm cancelling but the only option is their pre-typed reasons, such as "I'd rather save money mow to pay more later". Immoral business. Zero stars

I had an allergy test done
I had an allergy test done. Thought that was all. Paid $44.99 for it in February. Just noticed on my cc bill that Ive been paying $9.99 every month there after. I did not sign up for anything except an allergy test! Scaming me!
