My dog has for years had bad allergies year round! After getting her results I was shocked as to what she was allergic to it was Everything she was eating. I now cook for my dog and she has went from a constant runny nose, eyes droopy watering, Paw licking and scratching all the time to only minimal paw licking (because i think the grass does that)but everything else has stopped it's amazing!!!!! I wish I had know about the allergy testing years ago what ever the cost it's worth it!

Great job...had no idea that my Sedona was allergic to beef and baking soda (toothpaste). They are now not given to her and she is much better.

Well worth the money
I had an inkling that my 2 BC puppies had sensitivities around certain foods but was never able to pinpoint exactly what triggered their diahorrea. This test narrowed it down and gave me more information than I could've dreamed. I can now look for certain ingredients in their potential foods that could possibly trigger their digestive issues and will hopefully help them to live a happier and healthier life.

We didn't know the extent of the things she was sensitive to....Our girl still isn't itch free but now that we found the things she can't have we have found better food for her and working towards a better life!

Lois was incredibly patient with me, as I fumbled through the process of understanding where my dogs test was (I was expecting a kit in the mail), then helped me again when the code I had didn't work. I have some cognitive issues due to illness and they hit me all at once while dealing with this testing process, so she really was wonderful! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! :)

After receiving my pets report
After receiving my pets report, I found several issues that i already know he’s allergic to.. Some to include: chicken, beef, turkey, eggs - Your test stated those are safe for him to eat WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! He almost lost his life from eating these foods and what they did to his body. I paid the $80 for thus test with hopes I could get him on a better eating regimen, but after seeing the results, I truly DO NOT TRUST THIS TEST OR THE SUPPOSED RESULTS! After seeing some of the “supposed safe foods/no reaction” and knowing what I already know.. I stopped looking at it as I was extremely upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL! I pray no animals were harmed from the supposed results given..
Would love to know if anyone else had this experience as well!

It's important to note that our test is designed to identify potential sensitivities and should not be compared directly with allergy testing, veterinary diagnoses, or elimination diet outcomes. Sensitivity is just one possible factor that may contribute to symptoms, and there can be other underlying causes that our testing is not designed to detect.
As with all sensitivity testing, some items that may be associated with symptoms in your dog may not appear on the report due to the limitations of the testing methodology. Equally, a result showing no sensitivity to a particular item should not be interpreted as ruling out allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or other causes of symptoms.
We always recommend that pet owners continue to work with their veterinarian regarding any ongoing health concerns and use our results as a complementary wellness tool rather than a diagnostic test.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the service did not meet your expectations.

I didn’t even know my pet was suffering!
Since getting the results for my pet I’ve been able to change her food and am confident there are no ingredients that may trigger an underlying issue. Also - since changing her food according to the results of the test - the proof that this test is accurate shows in how soft her fur has become! And lost hair is growing back! I didn’t even realize there was an issue with those things! I’m so thankful for this service and will use it every time I get a new pet, and will be recommending it to all my friends!

Call your licensed veterinarian.
Hold on to your money and call up your Vet. This is a complete waste of resources. The panel returned with contradictory information and said that my dog was not allergic to things that I know he very much is. My licensed Veterinarian Told me that you can’t find out much about dog food allergies with a fur/hair sample. This company’s main objective is for you to buy a subscription for their online services and sell you their diet plan at very high costs. You’re better off consulting a professional. Best wishes to all in search of real pet health.

Incredibly easy to test. And the results came back so fast.
While it doesn’t identify allergies as such, the results of the sensitivity testing have been essential in helping me to identify items that may have caused my girl to have recurring ear infections and itchy skin. At the recommendation of my vet, I had her on an exclusion diet and let’s just say she had a LOT of feelings about it and ended up refusing to eat. I am slowly adding in items from the “green” lists and so far so good. No nasty ears, no excessive itching, even her behaviour has improved.
I can’t recommend this company enough. The staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful and sorted out my query on the spot 10/10
