Pedí un cojín en marzo 2026 para probar qué tal funcionaban, aseguraban que que entrega sería antes del 15 de mayo 2026. Estamos a 21 de junio y aún no sé nada, cada vez que escribo a preguntar, contestan lo mismo “estamos fabricándolo justo ahora”. Mienten y no cumplen, no sé si algún día lo recibiré o será una estafa. No volvería a pedir a mypillow nada. Hay sitios mejores seguro.

UPDATE: Company responded and provided a suggested path to resolution. TBD.

The pillow I received did not match the pillow advertised on the site. The shape was off and the measurements were very different. Tried to contact the company and they did not respond. Had to submit a fraud case with my credit card since the product marketing is misleading.

I have been buying My Pillow pillows for years and love them! Several years ago we bought the My Pillow mattress topper and that was great as well. We bought a king size bed in May and I ordered a new mattress topper. May 13th to be exact. Shipping said 10-14 days.....It FINALLY arrived today!!! I am very disappointed in the shipping. It is made in America and yet it seems that it "took a slow boat to China" to get it here!

The customer service agents and supervisor I spoke with at MyPillow were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my concerns. As a first-time customer who considers myself very patient, I was extremely disappointed by the experience.
My experience was so lengthy and frustrating that it's impossible to summarize it all here. After dealing with their customer service team, I can honestly say I will never order from this company again.
If you're considering buying pillows, I recommend looking elsewhere. The products may not be worth the frustration of dealing with their customer service if an issue arises.

LUMPY PILLOWS, very uncomfortable , terrible quality!

I ordered 2 sets of sheets from My Pillow on their online store, when I placed the order I did not get any confirmation and it appeared as there was something wrong with my order, so I re-placed the same order with the same result. I then tried to order each item separately with the same result. I thought that it may have been my web browser or an issue with their webpage. Shortly after that I received 4 emails that my orders were placed. I called immediately to cancel the last 3 orders and the representative cancelled them and said that refunds would be credited to my account. 12 days later, having not received my order and not seeing any refunds, I called My Pillow again. I was told that my order was still being prepared and that refunds had been issued. 8 days later (and 20 days after my initial order), I called again and was told that my order had shipped but they could not provide a delivery date and that when the other 3 orders were cancelled, they never charged my account and no refunds would be coming. I have now confirmed that those charges are still on my account and no refunds have been credited. I just sent proof to My Pillow and I am hoping that they will issue refunds.

The say that orders will ship withing 5-7 business days and refunds will also take that long. I suspect that they have a scheme going to confuse customers on their website ordering, keep customer money as long as they can and expect to get away with duplicate charges when people are not as diligent as I in chasing down fraud.

I will never order anything from them again and caution others to be careful and diligent if they do.

TERRIBLE! Took a month to get and customer service never had any answers. Stay away to save yourself alit of aggravation.

I would give it negative points ! Worst neck pain !!! And bought it for myself and Trumpster. Terrible. Aweful ! Would do better with a Dollar General or Walmart. Upgraded for side sleepers and individual weight. WORST NECK pain ever !!! Negative stars !!!

I needed to exchange for a firmer pillow they were great in helping me with the exchange . my pillows were only a day old, like new but they exchanged them, and I totally appreciated it …they sent a return label and were so helpful and understanding.,Pillows are the best You get what you pay for, and their warranty is the best..Highly recommend, and if you have any neck issues, , these are the best!

Placed my order on the 14th with a 10 to 14 day delivery and it's now the 23rd and just now getting a shipping label. I will never order again. I will go to Kohls and buy a pillow. Not waiting a month for a pillow. When a man needs a new pillow they need a new pillow. I ordered car parts three days after placing my pillow order and received my car parts in two day's. I'm very disappointed that Mike doesn't have his shipping down to a science by now. Very Unhappy Customer. Never Again Mike.

Don't waste your time or money, it takes way to long to receive! To be in the US you would think it is coming from China as SLOW as they are!!

I ordered a king size pillow and 2 pillowcases! Delivery was longer than usual, but the pillow is wonderful and the pillow cases beautiful! I have ordered many things from them in the past. Have always been satisfied! Very exceptional products! Thank you‼️

I ordered a large dog bed, and delivery was delayed and delayed and delayed, and considering the guy has just been sued by DHL and FedEx to the tune of $1.5 million, in addition to the other judgments against him, I don't trust him to get a dog bed to me. It's too bad he's still selling stuff he apparently can't deliver on. Apparently, he doesn't even make them anymore - another company does. I reached out to them. What a scam! I guess he's trying to rake in as much money as possible and then file bankruptcy and screw everyone over?

I bought the Queen Firm Gusseted and I was very disappointed in the support. My head sunk into the pillow as if I had no support.
I decided to send it back for a refund. After paying $34.58, their fuzzy math came up with a refund of $9.75 despite their 60day full refund policy. When speaking with customer service as to WHY only so little of a refund, her ONLY answer was "I don't know, the computer figures it out".
Get yourself a Nuzzle pillow, it's worth the money by far and best of all they are versatile as far as how much support or firmness you need, it's like having several pillows for the price of one.
I get the support and comfort I need. I love my Nuzzle Pillow; no more neck aches.

I’d rather sleep with snakes

The My Pillow rep told which pillow to purchase. The pillow was small until its placed in the dryer, then it fills out. It is very light weight upon arrival yet the s/h charge was very close to $10. Too high for the s/h.

I tried the pillow and woke up with the one of the worse headaches I've ever had.

So, I ordered the smaller one. After heating it in the dryer and it filled out I tried it. I could not sleep. The pillow had little balls in it and I felt them on the head as I was trying to sleep. I couldn't sleep.

Others may have a good experience with the pillows, but I tried two different ones and could not sleep.

I decided to just sleep on my old pillow and I slept so well. Not sure why the hype about these pillows.

I have ordered from MY Pillow in the past and the shipping has always been slow. My most recent purchase that I paid for shipping wasn't fulfilled in 20 days so I finally canceled the order and will never order from them again. I am not willing to wait for other orders getting filled with free shipping while I paid a premium for shipping with poor results

I got giza sheets and dint know they was made in muslimegyt. I want to know who forced Mike to do this. I can’t believe these weren’t made in merica with good solid handpicked cotton like things were made before civil wars.

No one is perfect and Mike went astray on this choice but I hope he refinds god.

well I love my pillow bath towels they are big fluffy not cheap in any way they really dry you and out of the washer too I've bought three mattress toppers wonderful thick and wonderful and we bought both kinds of pillows wonderful we love them and the sheets are wonderful too my daughter and her husband love them too Aplusssssssss products I may have said wonderful too often and buy some you wont regret it
