Purchased Mypillow towels 2 years ago and found them to be awesome! Based on that experience we purchased another set. They didn't have the color we wanted so we had to settle for a yellow one. Took 3 weeks to deliver the package and I was stunned! The quality was very poor - nothing like the ones we had gotten before. I'm really upset. So, the company is cutting back on quality to make ends meet. Only conclusion!

Bought my pillow a month ago and finally received order. Paid $31 for Queen pillow including shipping. Terrible pillow to sleep on. No body to pillow, clumpy filling, can't even prop up when bed is made. I kept waking up to readjust pillow. I was going to send back but would only receive $9.98 out of $31 paid so i threw in trash. Extremely unsatisfied with product.

I ordered two pillows king size from the company, I ordered medium softness, what I have are two overly king size smushy pillows! They're impossible to sleep with. I had already tried Serta twice, and another one that I had purchased from Macy's, the sizes were correct the softness not so much. Seems like it's such trouble to get a medium sized. I saw the commercial and it's okay I'll buy it, what a waste of money.
The date listed is wrong but it wouldn't let me go past November of last year. It was about March of last year that I purchased these pillows.

We love the 2.0 pillow and that your products are "Made & Manufactured in the USA". The standard size is completely comfortable, great for the neck and shoulders. You really improved this product.

BTW, My adorable fur child is using the first pillow we purchased and is loving its comfort. 😊🇺🇸

I ordered two queen size MyPillows three weeks ago and STILL don't have them. I called Customer Service and essentially got flipped off.
Never again will I buy from this company. It's becoming apparent that they took my money and have no intention of sending me my Pillows.

I purchased towels from my pillow.com. Waited four months for the towels, receive the towels, low quality, and they broke apart in the dryer.

I purchased pillows and sheets 2 weeks ago. My card was charged but I have received no product nor have I received tracking information. I have received over 20 emails trying to sell me more products. Please stop the emails! Send what I have ordered.

I purchased two king size and two regular size and found all to be the most UNCOMFORTABLE pillows I've ever slept on. If I hadn't disposed of the packing material when they arrived, I would have attempted to return. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered towels on 9/1/24. You charged my Visa $81.55 right away. It has been 7.5 weeks - Where are the towels I ordered? I have ordered before and was pleased with the product and shipping timelines. Something is terribly wrong. I do empathize with what has happened to the company as it was unfair...but I can order towels from many other places and receive them. I'm done with this company.

I ordered 2 pillows on 10/16. My Pillow promptly charged my Visa card on 10/17. As of 10/23, My Pillow had not shipped my pillows and I could not find any information as to shipping date on their website. I called. The representative could not tell me when the pillows would ship, but thought that it would probably be soon. I asked why they charged my Visa before they were shipping the products. His response? "Oh. We always do that."

I cancelled my order. Hopefully, I'll get a refund promptly, but I doubt it because the representative said My Pillow would refund the money right away but that 'sometimes the customers banks take several days before crediting the account." We will see.

These pillows are excellent. They are durable, washable, and very comfortable.

Hey yall. Lot of indication that you are doing cheap stuff now. Big mistake. Like your dope. At first it feels good. Then it kills you. Is that why u r dumping product?

Ordered towels from MyPillow over seven weeks ago with understanding that shipping would happen in 4-6 weeks. Spoke to customer service at end of week 6 and was given response that shipping department would be sending me an email with tracking numbers in a couple days. Never came. Contacted customer service again (11 days later with 20 minutes on hold) and spoke with same representative. Now after seven plus weeks since ordering, was told that MyPillow is waiting for the towel inventory to arrive (ie: MyPillow doesn't even have towels in stock to fill s in as promised) Representative assured me my order and my order should ship within a week or two. Holding my breathe.

I liked these pillows from the start. Bought two more while they are on sale. One queen and one standard. Received two standard, unfortunately I through away the plastic they came in, so I can't complain, but still... If this really gets to the company, I'd like some of my money back. 817-403-2347

Although these slippers are comfortable they do not have any support on the strap which is very flexible and if you are on a slope your foot will slide and the strap will give. I actually broke my little toe when my foot slid and there was no stability offered by the strap. I returned them and provided feedback suggesting that they redesign the product and probably recall them to avoid injuring customers

Bought 2 of these pillows one med and one firm Both my wife and I tried each and agreed there was only one place for them and that was the dumpster!

I bought bath towels several years ago, large and thick, great towels. I ordered some new ones a couple months ago, big difference! Small in size and thinner!!! Not pleased with these new towels. Also, same order, I ordered two pillows, same loft as my first ones several years ago. Not even close to my original my pillows!! Hardly any filling, just not what I wanted. I wanted what I bought last time!!!! Sorry Mike, I like you, but I thought you were an American. Why but cotton from overseas!!!???

Wish I could give 0 stars. The product is inferior (towel sets), certainly not worth the money, even with discounts. Trying to return is anything but "Happy Returns." Not a happy camper, keep getting put on hold, this is a joke!

As others have mentioned their discount codes are a scam. They charged me $10 more than the advertised price for pillows and when I called they offered me a gift card. The service was not reasonable and the advertising is deceptive.

I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately not possible. This is the worst pillow on the market made by a factory that uses germicide materials. Nothing but sneezing and bad odor. Definitely not recommend
