I love the way they feel, but it hasn’t changed the way I sleep. I really do love the feel of them! I’d buy them again.

Ordering and product

I had an allergic reaction to using their sheets. I broke out in a rash all over my back side and side (since I am a back and side sleeper). In speaking with my doctor and noting the only change I made was buying these sheets and using them, we decided it was just probably a reaction to the silver infusion sheets. I contacted customer service to return them as I cannot use them any longer and they were easy to work with and handled my situation with care as well as promptly and professional. I wish nothing but the best for them and wish I could continue to support them!

If I receive the sheet that you said you were sending, I think that you are really responsive and thoughtful.

As soon as I found the problem with my fitted sheet they were very responsive and did all they could to correct the issue. Thanks!!

Excellent customer service! The company responded right away. They sent new sheets to replace the ones that pilled after washing. I haven’t used these new ones yet. Here’s hoping they hold up.

I never expected the quick response. When I sent the photos showing what happened during the first watch, the response was immediate. They advised they were sending a new set. Waiting for them to arrive. Very happy with the prompt attention.

We had a slight problem with the First sheets and the company replaced them and told us to keep the first ones… They were very prompt in their service and reply and are very happy with the replacement sheets… They are awesome

These are the comfort sheets that I ordered. I have the original ones too. I like these comfort ones much better. They aren't as chilly as my first ones. I do like that I can still find a cool spot for my feet or legs with either one. I just like both of them. My husband prefers the comfort ones. He sleeps cold and needs lots of blankets. I sleep hot.

I appreciated how quickly I received a reply to my email. And on a weekend no less. Very strong customer service.

I sent a message of concern regarding my Silvery Sheets. The response was immediate. I was offered three options to resolve my issue. I chose one, and again, the response was immediate. It was so good to have a reply and get this off my "To Do" list. Thank you.

I didn’t care for the product as I am a hard core cotton sheet person.
