If I could give zero I would. I chased my refund as after one month I had heard nothing. Refund was immediately issued but I had received no communication from them of receipt of return and then no apology for taking one month to refund. Nothing. no communication from this company whatsoever, I wonder if a robot is running it!

Ordered 23/07/22 and have still not arrived. I have messaged and called and no response. I can no longer access the website so I am guessing that they are no longer.

Ordered 3 pairs of Passionata knickers on Thursday 11 August and I still haven’t received them (19th August). Their website says the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Sent an email and text today and also rang the number which has an international sounding tone. Annoyed as I didn’t check Trust Pilot before ordering. Having read the reviews I am not hopeful anything will turn up. Their accounts don’t look good and there is nothing for 2021. Will cancel the order and get in touch with PayPal. UPDATE I phoned Chantelle (parent company who own the Passionata brand) in Surrey to see if they were still trading and they are. They order items in when they get an order so there is a 3-5 day delay as items come from France. He was able to confirm he had received my order which was a relief and said it should be with me around Tuesday 23 August. The delivery times are on a page at the bottom of their website but there is nothing on the invoice you receive or anywhere else noticeable. I received an email back from the company who said that some of the bad reviews on here were unverifiable and they had other good reviews. They defended the delivery times but I still don't think it's obvious enough. Five days to despatch is an age in the world of internet shopping. It should be more upfront. Anyway I hope to receive my goods. The man at Chantelle was very helpful in explaining how the modern world of buying lingerie online works. No 'just in time' ordering any more (post Brexit) and lack of lace etc. Even shops don't hold lots of pairs of knickers anymore. Anyway at least they responded so we will see. I uprated them to 3* from one as they had responded.

Avoid this company at all costs.

My order never arrived. No response to calls and emails. I had to open a dispute via Paypal to get my money back.

On behalf of my mum, she ordered and paid for bras mid march 22, they have never appeared, multiple phone calls made and messages left, they do not answer or return calls, no response to email enquiries either, poor service , would not recommend

I ordered a bra on the 26th April and it has never arrived. Tried to contact them and no reply. Very bad service.

Love the items they sell. But when you need a refund they take a good 2 months to process it and you'll have to chase constantly. I sent items back before Christmas and am still waiting for my money early Feb and it was not a small amount.

I did write a review on another website as I hadn’t received my order which I ordered on 1 January. I received it today and am very pleased. Everything I ordered has now arrived. I think it was because of the bank holidays there was a delay. I have now made another order, so hopefully won’t take so long. The prices for their designer underwear is a lot cheaper than Amazon or other websites so is worth the wait. Thank you.

While the range of products is good, this is a real "caveat emptor" company. They list as "in stock" whether physically in stock OR (quoting the company themselves when I questioned) "if stock is expected to arrive in store within 5 working days." My order was for 2 bras of the same type, one of each colour. One arrived quickly; the other there was no mention of until I chased and queried why it had not come too, given it was showing as "in stock." When I chased again a few days later, nothing. Opened a Paypal dispute and got a partial refund. So be warned - they'll take your payment but you have no guarantee your "in stock" items will turn up.

Having read reviews am concerned about whether or not my product will arrive as it took my payment but gave no indication as to when it may arrive. I will update if/when I receive my order

I was sent an incorrect sized bra which I returned straight away for exchange as instructed by Mysmartypants. Since then, all communication has stopped from their end. I emailed and called again and again but no response. It has been more than a month. I had to make a charge back claim with my bank to get my money back which involved spending 1h on the phone. Therefore, I do not recommend this website.

I placed an order on Thursday morning and received it by Friday. I found the service great and would definitely be using them again. The site also is very easy to use and navigate.
