Wouldn't even give it one star awful service no customer service, no manager just getting talking to a bot. I paid extra for priority delivery and it's been in transit 19 days already promised it would be here today on time for valentine's day and it wasn't and no response back. Asked to speak to a manager and just got a bot. Asked for a refund just got a bot. Scam artists. Stay clear.

The biggest possible scam!

I got an e-mail saying that my parcel couldn't be delivered as the adress is wrong and i need to contact my local courier?? Also they tols that if the parcel will be back tl them it will be destroyed, even though i paid for insurance and express delivery..

I paid for express delivery which says 5-7 days from order date and the delivery date i was given was 2 weeks after order date. Ive sent 3 different requests to be contacted about this and zero reply. Absolutely embarrassing customer service and disgraceful charging express delivery with false dates

Stay away from this company.. cheap knock off.. Photo quality is poor ... Cannot even see the photo its dark/faded and cannot see it ... Cheap plastic .... magnet dosnt stick either ... so disappointed 😞 fit for the bin .. 😑

Ordered a frame for 39.94, I only noticed recently that they have been charging me the exact same price once a month since purchase, for a one time buy of a singular frame. SCAM WEBSITE.
