Process started 2/19. Early on everything was good. Melissa Nelson was responsive and easy to deal with. I paid all the fees and signed everything by 2/20. It is now end of day March 2nd. I still do not have tag or title. The title was supposed to be sent to me fedex today. I have no idea if that happened. I guess tresl lost my email and phone number because nobody updated me yet (6pm est). Had I known the process was going to be this messed up I would have asked more questions and I should have called people from tresl 2 or 3 times a day to make sure everything was being handled.

Working with lily Prisco was smooth at tresl she found the perfect refinancing option that was perfect for me was really quick and great to work with. Would highly recommend.

If you’re hesitant about refinancing because of challenged credit, let this be your sign to go for it. I started the process on February 9th, and by February 24th—just over two weeks later—everything was completely finished and the payoff was sent.
​The speed was impressive, but the savings were the real kicker. Even after adding GAP insurance and a comprehensive warranty for peace of mind, they still managed to lower my monthly payment.
​The best part? They walked me through every step of the process. There is literally nothing else for me to do but enjoy the extra room in my budget. I cannot recommend them enough for their efficiency and for actually looking out for people rebuilding their credit.
