It was my first time to use your service and I was at some points worry about the end of it. However, after receiving my full order, I think I will continue using it and will recommend to others and my friends MyXBoarder reliability.

Images of the items shipped to virtual address helps to confirm if the items ordered are the intended ones and it is a convenient way to ship from Mynta

What a fantastic experience.
They made the purchasing of a mobile phone (that could not be purchased directly from Australia) possible.
Every step was easy and I was given regular updates about evrything.
Their service fees were very reasonable as were their shipping fees.
Totally worth every cent.
Could not be happier.

Everything was find but when the product came to my country I had to pay for an fee to clear out my package with was very disappointing after paying for the big amount of shipment fee, but overall the service was 👍 great thank u ...

Initially I was a bit skeptical as this was my first time doing international shipping but everything went smoothly...and they updated me about everything....but only thing is their responses were a bit late on WhatsApp which can be totally understood as they will be dealing with a lot of customers.

Best platform to purchase items from Indian online stores and get shipped to USA. I have ordered cloths, jewellery and home decor from different online stores from India and had great experience in getting them shipped to USA. Easy process, no problem so far. Very interactive, User friendly website. Continuous follow up on whats app for the progress of orders received. Staff is good and reply to messages on time. Great services, well organised and customer service is good.

I would recommend MyXborder to anyone.. my experience was good and smooth. It’s easy process and someone from the team will always be in touch with you.

Terrible service from start forget about the finish. Myxborder they make false promises, provided zero updates, and completely lacked communication. I had to keep chasing them again and again with no proper response. In the end, I had to give up and not use them. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable—avoid them if you value your time and peace of mind and find alternative.
They took more then two weeks accessing the courier charges and seeking approval lol , asked me to get parcel ready then made me reopen the parcel and asked for video and then no response. And still no response after 2 weeks.

First time user. Happy with the whole process.
On a side note, I wish some of the online retailers not enforce OTP for delivery of the goods which makes it difficult to order from abroad.Going forward I plan to use only retailers who will deliver without OTP.

This was my first time with MyXBorder and the experience was amazing, the team was very communicative through the process and they were even able to help with a delivery issue without me worrying about it.

Customer service is on point. Samrendra has been great. He needs a raise! Solves all the issues with ease.
