What a truly excellent experience
What a truly excellent experience! From start to finish, it was how you’d expect a service called “concierge” to be. They handled everything they possibly could outside of the things I would of course HAVE to handle due to personal info etc. my concierge, Baylei, really cared about a resolution rather than just going through the motions. This insurance is the best money I have ever spent! I hope I don’t need it again BUT if I do, I have zero doubt things will be handled stress free and quickly! Thanks Baylei!

I have been a consumer of Helzberg…
I have been a consumer of Helzberg Diamonds since 2011. After working with a representative from Zillion Lisa. I was treated with discrimination with my pieces, that she refused to insure. I felt single handily, that it was race driven.
