I purchased an insurance policy for my watch.
There is no communication with the client. I sent a couple of text messages, but there was no response. They are ready to proceed with your credit card payment. It's nice and fast with an automatic email response. Otherwise, I have no experience in making a claim. Thank God.

Quick, EASY and informative. Definitely recommend to anyone purchasing jewelry. I bought myself a ring for my birthday in Jan and lost it in August, luckily I remembered I purchased insurance. Recent purchases and insurance registrations
Having an account created with the product information down to the serial number is very handy, having previously insured valuable with separate policies I feel that Zillion has streamline the process by interfacing with the retailer creating a more user friendly experience. Their rates are also competitive so it’s a “No brainer”, hopefully the support and coverage matches the ease of use if there is ever a need to make a claim.
