I really wanted to leave a positive review, as I truly like to support small businesses and my initial experience was great.
I placed an order with Nails Laundry on November 28th, received an email confirmation, and most of my items arrived the very next day, which was amazing.

However, 4 Staleks metal nail files from my order were marked as “awaiting shipping” in the email and unfortunately never arrived — even after almost two months.

I have tried multiple times to contact the company:
– 3 messages on Instagram
– 2 emails
– and messages through the website chat

Sadly, I never received a single response or explanation.

The amount was £11, which may seem small, but it’s not about the money — it’s about paying for products that were never delivered and not receiving any communication at all.

I genuinely didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after exhausting every possible way to get in touch, I feel this is the only way to be taken seriously. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

My favourite place to order from. Amazing products, fast delivery. And the way they pack the items.... Feels like Xmass, Elf's packed it super neatly and beautifully. Attention to details 100%. Always including some sort of samples like
files /creams /nail polish as a free gift. Often giving 10% off voucher for next purchase. What else to add- keep up with fantastic job girls!

I always love how i can purchase all the new things in the store, means alot of thought and planing from their part. The company always stays informed what is happening. Parcels come like they would use express delivery and always packed so well!
