Excellent all round. Very fast and efficient communication with responses to emails and changes we made to the order. Loved how the figurine appearance was "confirmed" before proceeding with the next step since it was a personalized item.

The last item I ordered was the name plate necklace and the chain on the necklace was too small

I ordered a moon lamp. The initial product had some battery issues but the support team was very prompt in responding and I was sent a replacement. Very happy with the product and service

I had sent a request to name necklace asking to have the shipping address changed. I received an answer within several hours, that the Address had been changed. The email I received from Sally told me it had been taken care of, and the new address had already been put into their system. Absolutely the best customer service ever, I will order from them again.

Shipping took a while but it’s understandable being a custom made product and all. Colors on the light up part are bright and vibrant, the plaque looks great, and it was the perfect gift for my girlfriend! She loved it! Also the customer support was great, fast responses and they were super helpful.
