Bought a signature cashmere sweater after a email promotion. I ordered large and got small no label. Not cashmere. Poor quality. They referred me to their returns policy and quickly refused a return. Chinese nothing to do with London. I feel stupid falling for it

Unbeliveable poor cheap rubbish ,ordered a dress which wasn't even hemmed and very poor quality fabric .So bad i couldn't even give to charity shop as so bad ,nobody would buy it .This company need to be barred from advertising or selling anything. ,Clearly a scam ,all items advertised as discounted but no refund on these items ,Companies like Klarna and Clearpay should not offer their service to this disgraceful scam service

Shame I have to give one star to leave a review. Appallingly poor quality garments from a company that doesn’t even adhere to its own refund policy. Truly terrible customer service.

Do NOT order from this Company and be aware they also operate under an alternative name of Violet Wood. The items I ordered were not as described, or true to size. I ordered two cashmere jumpers both over size, and I ordered XL to be super baggy. One of the jumpers is clearly nylon and the other not cashmere. Both jumpers are of a small/ medium fit.

I purchased a ski jacket on the website in the sale.
When it arrived it looked okay but the sizes advertised on the website came up much smaler.
My wife is size 12 and my chest size is 42 both of us couldn’t zip the front up.

So I contacted them about refund to be fobbed of about items bought in the sale was non refundable.

They kept on offering me discount to use in store of 30% and then 50% discount.

I then contacted my Bank to seek a charge back on my purchase the process was very easy to do you just have to upload emails of your transactions and the clients response.

I have just received a full refund without having to return the product

Bought a leather jacket. 50 quid. Been over 7 weeks and no reply from them when I've messaged them everyday. Lost my money and I have no idea on what to do. From CHINA not UK! Didn't even know! Tracking hasn't updated in weeks so clearly lost!!

Quality is terrible can’t return because you have to pay a courier and will give me a voucher
I got 2 jumpers which are not cashmere and shoes that look plastic

An out and out scam. The so called cashmere jumpers were 95% polyester/5% spandex.
When asked to send back told that their policy is not to exchange or refund anything from a sale or promotion!!
This site should be banned, don't trust it!!

I bought two shirts (buttoned) in a Large size. The sleeves are ridiculously short so I cant possibly wear them.

They now refuse to refund my money and point to 'Terms and Conditions'

Wish I'd read previous reviews of this useless company before I parted with my hard-earned cash.

Ordered 2x dresses in their Black Friday sale in November. They finally arrived around 2.5 weeks later as they apparently came from China, even though they market themselves as, "Nancy London".

The parcel arrived with no return label - just a note saying I'd be contacted via Facebook to leave feedback.

The dresses were of poor quality & a poor fit & I therefore emailed the company to advise I was unhappy & wished to return them for a refund. After I chased a few days later due to no response from them, they replied saying as I'd purchased the items during their sale, their T&Cs stated that I wouldn't be eligible to return them! How ridiculous.

I went back to ask if they were happy to have a dissatisfied customer then? They responded with a 20% discount off another purchase. I asked why anyone would be stupid enough to risk buying anything from them ever again when they offered such poor customer service. Their response? Here's a 50% discount then, as an exception. Obviously hard-faced people with a like it or lump it attitude.

I told them what they could do with all their future discount offers. They responded by saying they were not authorized to give refunds. I asked them to flag it up to someone higher in their company then to authorize. To date (02/01/25), there's been no response from them to my last request.

I'm now going to contact my credit card company to see if they can get a refund for me as I believe I have been scammed by this dreadful company.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - and by several customers now on Trust Pilot. Do not risk buying anything from Nancy London as you won't be eligible for a refund if it's from their sale - even if you're not satisfied with your purchase. They simply don't care. Tough luck.

If I'd been able to, I'd have given no star rating at all, never mind 1 star, but I wasn't allowed to proceed without doing so.

Nancy London/China sweatshop.... absolute rubbish. Terrible quality,takes about 5 weeks for delivery via slow boat from China. Stay well clear of this site, I'm embarrassed I ordered off it and expected decent quality goods. Boots and trousers are been donated to a charity shop.

These are pure scammers. Not only do they get out of refunds by cleverly discounting on every product they sell but the actual products are shockingly bad.
Cheap Chinese rubbish. Took nearly 2 & a half months to arrive. Stay away from this site. These sites need to be stopped and put out of business

Chinese scammers masquerading as a London based company, who blatantly ignore UK trading laws. Avoid at all costs!

Don’t buy anything from them.

Just received two cardigans stuffed into a small bag.
Certainly not cashmere. Absolute rubbish. We will use them to line the dog’s basket. No point returning as they will not refund as they are classed as sale items.
When will Trading Standards sort this lot out?

I can concours with all the previous reviews this Company are clearly fraudulently representing the products they are offering for Sale. There is little point in these posts if action to close this Company down does not flow from it. What is Trustpilots response ? What is Trading Standards response? What is Action Frauds response ? How do I and all other people affected by this SCAM company recover our money ?

Stay well away from these wankers they are BIG TIME SCAMERS Say they are in the UK but are from China with tat I'm disappointed with clearpay as I paid through them and they seem to not care about it don't ho near any of them

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased. After weeks of waiting I received a cheap piece of tat made of very thin fabric and badly sewn. Nothing like the picture!
I tried to return the item but was told as it was in the sale I couldn't - must have been in the small print. They offered me a discount on another purchase but there is absolutely no way I would buy from them again.
