Must be one of the most dishonest online companies I have ever dealt with. The clothes were not as advertised, poor quality. Contacted their customer service on numerous occasions and subjected to a bunch of lies regarding that the clothes were purchased under a promotional offer. I paid full price. I returned the clothes to the address on their shipping label, which they said was not the return address. Appalling dishonest customer service and no regard for the sale of goods act. Never received a refund. Do not be tempted in doing business with this awful company.

Totall rubbish do not waste your money items will be poor ill fitting way too small they will not give refund only offer voucher for 50 percent off next purchase lol you have to pay for return to an address in china do not be conned these need to be on rip off britain

Ordered two plain linen shirts and they sent me two fake Ralph Loren Polo shirts? They offered 15% refund as they were clearly not what I had ordered. I sent them back to their international warehouse to receive a full refund as advertised on their website, only to have the parcel returned 3 months later as they had not collected from Chinese customs?
This company should be shut down by Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs and do not buy their cheap, fake clothing. I only ordered as I thought they were a British based company

Beware, this company is a total scam and is now operating as MARTHA LONDON. Cheap, nasty, unsafe clothes from China. Always discounted so that they can claim they are sale items and not refund. Vile scammers who shouldn’t be allowed to trade in the UK.

Product nothing like what was advertised. Cheap synthetic fabric. Expense to return . And months later - no contact. Emails ignored. Many aliases it seems. Ethel Nancy is the one who scammed me. Stay far far away from them.

Beware. Do not use this company or its other aliases such as Martha London. Why is this company still alllowed to operate after so many appalling reviews? No honesty or integrity of directors and staff. Goods are not as described (ie completely different), are cheap and with no labels. My shirt was probably made for pence in far east and looked nothing like picture on website. Returns are at your expense back to China which means it will cost you at least £25 to return. There is no london shop where you can deliver by hand (pictures on website are fake). They know this and offer you 15% of your money back and for you to keep the (worthless) goods. I had to claim money back from credit card company. A close escape. Please don't be tempted.

Whenever I see an advert by a non household name I check the reviews. Avoids people like this and I have never been caught out. Presumably claims can be made under credit card rules or debit card cashback.Why are Google still showing their adverts?

This co is disgraceful ,selling items that do not have any relation to the items advertised. Even Brad Pitt couldn't make these clothes look good. Worst of all they wiggle out of accepting returns even though they advertise 30 day money back guarantee. Beware they change names and are currently selling under rosie-london.com

If I could rate lower I would have done. Wrong size, wrong colour, poor quality. Yet customer service aren’t helping if you can get through. Joke

Took ages to arrive, bore no resemblance to the pictures of the item advertised,really really bad quality. Chinese rubbish at european prices.

Spent £85 on peppers grinder. Got tracking number but didn’t say who the courier was so impossible to track. Tried emails no response and no phone number so you can’t contact them. please don’t buy from this company as you you are just throwing your money away. Surprised they haven’t been closed down

Makes it look like they are an English company, calling it London and a picture of a sweet old English lady on the front page, ball locks.Complete inaccurate description, said “high quality cotton” ,90% polyester instead. Lying toerags , just conning everyone, bet they just change the company name when they get too many bad reviews. Avoid them like the Covid flu they sent us!!!

I bought a jacket for the rainy weather i ordered a size 16 and was sent a size 10 and they would not exchange it for a 16 o paid £34.99 for this jacket they offered me 15 percent that was over a month ago I am still waiting definitely a scam

I ordered a Miguel jacket on 10 June 2025, It took over a month to arrive and when it did I contacted Nancy London straight away, stating - Your description was not accurate, the jacket looks nothing like the picture. The quality is not what I would have expected. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from you. Your company name gives the impression that the item is being posted locally, which again is very misleading. The fact I have to return the jacket to you in China, I assume, will be a costly and timely process.
Please let me have the return address so that I can mitigate this situation and get my money back from your company. Many, many reminders later they have never responded

Total rubbish! Advertised as 100% cotton, but my shirt is 65% polyester ( plastic) with a shiny finish.
I asked for a refund, but was told it had been on offer (which it wasn't.
It cost £29.99. Expensive offer!!)
I was offered a 50% discount on my next purchase, which I declined.
This is a dishonest, rip-off company that should be shut down.
Don't waste your money!

Wish I could score 0 wow what a corrupt site. Item meant to be suede boots looked and felt like cardboard.
Requested a refund after much waiting time was advised unable to do this as apparently I purchased whilst on offer. This is not true lost £38.00
Please beware of this site avoid at all costs feel extreme cheated.

Inferior quality. No return info or label. No reply to emails as they bounce back.
