Should have read the reviews before I bought from this shambolic company. Clothes are nothing like as advertised on the website, extremely poor quality and cheap fabric. Complained to them and they offered a 15% refund, what a joke! Customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs!

Items have no resemblance to advertised products.
Customer service does not acknowledge emails.
Total rip-off merchants.
Avoid like the plague, would have given zero stars if I could!

Everything is wrong with this company from its marketing to its products.

Very poor quality ,not fit for purpose

Do not buy from this company. The items bear no resemblance to the photos on the website and are not made of the materials described on the website either. I ordered a jumper which was described on the website as being made from the finest cashmere but in reality was made from polyester and spandex and made in China. Having requested a return form I was sent a random address in China to return the items to and the offer of a 15% refund. This is very disappointing as there is no guarantee the item will reach the destination in China or a partial refund will be made.

Not even worth a star! Like others have said items received were not the same as the images on their website. I wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered.

They can improve by not showing items that are designed in the UK, the website that has used other companies pictures of clothes etc, not using a picture showing the front of a shop with Nancy London logo and a Union Jack all false, I purchased 2 shirts took 30 days to receive them from China, where’s the UK link? and as stated in all the other reviews the ones received were different and the excuse I got back was they were similar to ones shown on their website.
Can think of anything to say other avoid.

This is a total rip off company, they send you a totally different inferior product to the one advertised. To return it you have to pay to send it back to china with proof of posting. RIP off.

Recently bought a polo shirt advertised as quality soft cotton. When it eventually arrived from China the quality was very poor, not as advertised. The company has failed to respond to my complaint.

SCAM
Not sure how this insolvent company, has been legitimised by Google and such sites as the BBC weather App.
Never seen such a poor trust pilot reviews - zero if allowed.
Do not even understand how credit card companies can support the scam.
Website shows London shop with Union Jack stating biggest UK on line shopping company. ---- it's Chinese.
Hopefully the BBC or Credit Card will honour the purchase code of the UK.

Managed to get a refund but this company is using blackmail to by acting outside the Consumer Rights Act 2015.If every body contacts trading standards at least the advert will be removed.
The BBC App which is helping to legitimised this company can also be contacted for refunds !

First time...last time. The jacket is like a dishcloth. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute frauds...offered 10%refund or expensive over seas return...when pushed went to 20 %....they are just after your money. Please do not order from them.

Said item delivered, not anywhere to be seen.when I informed them they said its down to ne to find it.40 days later still the same message.

I bought a Spencer Plaid shirt for £29.99. It was not as illustrated: cheap, garish and uncomfortable. The company said they would give me a refund if I posted it back to China. My local post office told me it would cost over £18, and not to do it, as previous clients had been told that parcels never arrived, and did not get refunds. So I reluctantly accepted their 15% refund- £4.09.
To be fair, Rocio at Nancy London did reply promptly and politely to my emails, and unlike other purchasers, I did get the "refund"in my account.

I ordered a pack of 3 bras. They were so small they wouldn't fit any one i know. I emailed the company for a returns form. Heard absolutely nothing,no reply. Wouldn't recommend

Honestly the worst company wish I'd read these reviews first , blouse is certainly not from London looks absolutely awful , looks nothing like the photos ,quality so poor and came from China waiting to see if I can have a refund , I would never order from them again they want shutting down for false advertising

Just received my order, the items received bear absolutely no resemblance to the on-line pictures. Had I read Trustpilot reviews would never have ordered. I have sent an email requesting a returns label and full refund. They are going to fight it. Unfortunately for them I don’t go away. If I don’t get the appropriate response, I will be involving my credit card company.

Different colours, different patterns even different material. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

My delivery was apparently rejected by me and returned...to China. No explanation. Obviously I didnt return it or reject it. Have emailed several times. There is not much dialogue: there is a standard wording email explaining orders can take 50 days. They finally offered to send a replacement but contradicted that and sent another standard email. So frustrating.
The company and staff are based in China not London. I get the impression noone speaks English there.
