I should have read the reviews before ordering as I have had the same experience as many others.
Thought it was a London company not Chinese and the shirts have arrived bear no relation to the picture on the website.
Would have returned but again not really worth the hassle.

The product purchased did not in anywhere resemble the photo on the Website.

They make out that they are a UK company which they are not making returns expensive and slow.

Bought a dress from what I thought was a uk company,came from temu in China took me all of 5 seconds to put it in the bin.Lesson learnt always check reviews they are many companies advertised on Google as based in the UK,but are actually getting their goods from shein or temu,2 companies I personally would not knownly buy from

Not a London company. Items come from China and if not as expected have to be shipped back to China at your own expense. I ordered a jacket that arrived looking nothing like the photos, colour, material and fit all completely wrong. Takes several emails to get the information needed to do a return and get a refund, which is only a partial refund if you don't send back and actually the same if you do as costs to send to China strip away some of your refund value. Avoid this company at all costs. Needs to be zero star rating.

Not even worth one star, all I can say is they should be looked into for fraud and stealing people's well earned money

Definitely no stars for this company! I am unhappy to say the least. My parcel was allegedly delivered by Amazon according to the tracking but in fact did not arrive. The company expected me to chase neighbours and the carrier. It was only due to the kindness of someone in my village to whom said delivery was made that they took the time to leave it on my doorstep.
I regret to say that I feel I've been completely hoodwinked and misled throughout this entire process.
I was definitely under the impression that I was ordering quality clothing from a company based on mainland Britain. How mistaken was I!!! How many people have been taken in by promotional material showing a shop front allegedly based in London featuring a genteel lady fronting the business with statements that returns are easy and straightforward? Nothing could be further from the truth when once people have placed their order, only to find that it is based in an entirely different country. It is only after being fleeced on their hard earned money that customers find delays in shipping, that returns are at their own expense and that no refunds are actually offered on reduced items, so it is really not as simple as it sounds. Then there is the matter of the clothing itself, extremely poor quality materials and shabby workmanship, no care labels and bear no likeness to what is shown on screen. There isn't one item in my order that I would feel comfortable wearing. Unfortunately, I feel that I have learned a very valuable lesson, not withstanding the fact that I have lost money that there is little chance of recouping. Needless to say, customer service is appalling and this company is to be avoided at all cost.

Fraudulent company which is insolvent
I too wish i had read the reviews. This company is actually insolvent ( see Companies House) and whoever is claiming to represent it is based in China. Absolutely no chance of receiving the goods purchased ( only £27) and no point in pursuing them.

Appalling quality of clothes, eventually delivered late, taken days to try and get refund form for return if goods, offered me 15% refund!

Waste of money.

I wish I had looked this company up first. I ordered a polo and what turned up was the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen which bears no resemblance whatsoever to the advertising picture. Having now read the other reviews I won’t bother to try and return it so it’s going straight into the bin. Note to self; check Trustpilot first!

These clothes are worthless, they have no value whatsoever AND they don't want them back...that is the whole point of their scam. But shouting and screaming will get you precisely nowhere. Instead take the softly softly approach and cut your losses! Politely ask about the 'partial refund' (= 15%); all my emails were answered within 24 hrs and my £7+( from £49+) was in my account by the end of the week. You wouldn't knowingly throw £7 in the bin, if you would, then it's 100% win for them!!

The aftersales service from this Company is very poor! They emailed me on 10 June to say my item was shipped, showing my correct address. Their reply to subsequent reminders said product on way, but part of my address was now missing!! Still no order, I have sent them 3rd reminder today. Poor service.

Jumper nothing like advert. It has no labels for care/size etc sizing is appalling and the material is awful and scratchy! Do not order from this company, the photos make goods look good, the finished product is terrible.

Just about to spend over £100 and thought it was too good to be true. Did some digging and discovered the company is in liquidation - haven't presented any accounts to HMRC for years. It's a scam. Avoid.

Like everyone else I didn't read reviews, trying to get a return form is a joke & from what I've just read not worth it. People like this should be stopped, it's just a con.

Do not order from this company!!! A stylish, well crafted, genuine leather bag (that looked so good, I bought two of them) turned out to be noxious smelling, plastic rubbish!!! Not as advertised or fit for purpose.
Their Customer Services team offered no apology or solution and continually sent the same email: I could either return both bags to China, costing me £29 to get a full refund of £62. Or they would offer me a refund of 15%. Shameful and shameless.
I am upset I had to give them even one star.

This company should not be allowed to advertise products that are very poor quality, and Changes a high price for returns. Ban this company.

Nothing at all went wrong. Before I purchased a " lovely" blouse....I suddenly thought chec it out on Trust Pilot. So glad I did....saved myself £30 and a lot of hassle.

I ordered a top which was totally the wrong size. I wish I had read the reviews first. Have tried to contact company by email with absolutely no response so am writing this down to experience. Do not order from them whatever you do.

Buyers beware!.....
Bad company. Items are very poor quality with no tags in of either the size or material. Not true to size ordered. Would not send me the expected measurements of a 16 top for me to check against. They would not accept a return saying it was a sale item but just kept offering me discounts on further purchases....
I wouldn't trust them.
