Well, once again I wish I had visited the reviews of this company. It would have saved me much aggravation. I guess I ordered this shirt in a grave moment of weakness because it would receive a 5 out of 100. Another company that has mastered the art of bait and switch. It looked like a cotton shirt in the photo but it quickly became a polyester/stretch material that actually was quite pathetic and total rubbish. Do not waste your time here. If you need a return your shipping charges will be astronomical and they offer a few $ just to keep it. It is ready for the jumble sale. Run whilst you can.

Total rubbish don’t buy from the company. Ordered 3 t-shirts, they sent 4 and charged me. All different sizes in length. Stay well away from this company!

Absolutely bloody awful. Cannot believe I fell for this hype, advertising a bag as leather, when it finally arrived it was crap plastic. Shocking.
Then have the audacity to ask me to pay for postage back to China, of course I will not be returning as to expensive, so in effect they have stolen my money.
Do not purchase from this company.

Wish I had checked reviews first like so many reviews said. I did however like the boots I got, they seem to be leather and are really comfortable. Got another pair in the wrong size and a couple bras that were shit. As noted returns are fake, the cost to send it back is the same as the cost. Refund is stupid you get a tiny bit back.

Wished I'd have read reviews before buying! Disgustingly cheap ripoff items, no chance of recovering 65.00 that was paid. Website doesn't exist and hardly any communication. You have to PAY to send back to Guangzhong China which is too dodgy too risk as I'll bet they won't acknowledge receipt of my return.
Just trying to get 5% partial refund and sent the 2 'luxury '?!! items to the Charity shop. PLEASE PLEASE!! DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BURN YOUR MONEY INSTEAD!!

Do not buy anything from them. They are scammers. My pleated shirt was a cheap and nasty nylon rag. They are not UK based and returns are to a lady in the back streets of China or a 5% partial refund. I am taking them to the small claims court and urge everyone to do the same.

I'm much the same as the other comments. I thought this was a UK based company.
I paid £38 for two polo shirts and later found exactly the same with the same photos for £13 on Temu.

Only left one star to leave a review i am having terrible trouble getting a return form and only wish I'd researched this company first stupidly I assumed they were a UK company not in China the top I ordered looked like a quilted good quality buy it's cheap nasty and I wouldn't even put it in the bag togive to the clothes bank

I was conned too. Plaid t-Shirts arrived from China. They are nylon, cheap and nasty.

Wish I’d researched this company before placing an order. Thought they were a British based company certainly not China! Jumper had been rammed into plastic bag and it had a flaw. Contacted them re return but after reading reviews realise I’ve wasted my money and I’ve no hope of recovering it. Hope potential customers read reviews as I should have done.🥶

Company based overseas not London. Waited a month fof delivery. Item arrived nothing like as advertised. Awful quality.
Wont reply to messages. Do not accept returns nor make refunds. Surely this sort of operation is illegal and needs to be dealt with by the authorities. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Will report to TS and try to get my money back through my credit card company.

Wish I could give zero, they are a deceitful company. I thought they were in London as they give no clues about Chinese made goods. Absoloutly unbelievable con company. Shame I didn’t check the reviews before I bought the goods.

TERRIBLE company,thought it was in the uk,with the shop front and flag flying,what a joke,rubbish !!! comes from china,and when you want to return,it’s a address,in China, I think,then they say goods have to be in perfect condition,considering they are really small no chance of trying them on,got to have tags,none on the items, also stuffed into a little bag when delivered,so full of creases so definitely no refund. Worst company I’ve dealt with in my 72 years ,offered a 15% refund, what a joke this company is, STAY WELL CLEAR.

The delivery took 3 weeks + to arrive. My order was for a 'Vintage Leather' handbag. When it arrived it was plastic the worse kind. When I contacted reference refund they eventually gave me a return address in China, told me return costs would be mine. The went on to offer me a refund without return to the value of 20% of the order. They are con artists!
