What a waste of money. £40 for cheap tat. Only good for a charity shop. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

The shirt I ordered took 3 weeks to come. Received no reply to 5 emails requesting info on delivery. Then when it arrived, nothing like design, colour or type of material and style in picture. Applied for a refund but again no reply! How could I have been so foolish as to fall for this scam ?! Someone please report them to the authorities.

They are lying and committing a crime with their untruthful adverts. They describe their jerseys as being Cashmere and they arrive with the Polyester label attached. I wouldn’t touch the lying thieves again

Another customer duped into thinking buying from Nancy, is safe because they offer a 30 day returns policy, they then pull the scam that the item purchased was in a sale so not refundable, another Chinese scammer, fleecing the British consumer. It's time to contact trading standards to get them shut down.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is a fraudulent operation. Once you make payment, it takes 4-6 weeks for SECOND HAND clothing to arrive. The quality you receive is clearly different from what is advertised. I have fallen foul of this fraud and will be reporting the company along with the UK Directors to the office of Fair Trading.

I really wish I'd written a review sooner I can't believe this company is still scamming people, I had hell with them after buying a hoodie which arrived in a completely different colour, size and terrible fabric, I was lucky I ordered through klarna and they fought the battle for me and got my refund, please please stay away from these scammers

100% fake - They don't do refunds either.
Once you click buy kiss your money goodbye.

Although you may be able to give whatever you buy to charity as I am certain it's not going to size you properly and you will certainly not like the quality

No sort customer service they do not follow online trading standard rules and regulations

Dress was very poor quality and colours not the same as on the website. No labels at all on garment. Feeling foolish I fell for such a scam

This company is a scam. Please do not buy anything from them.

The company is China based, a fraudulent company. Once you order, your money is gone.

Don’t buy, the clothes and products are 100% fake, inferior quality. If you request for refund, they will reply back that because is on sales, they don’t refund according to there company policy. All the clothes are on sales on the website as part of the scam.

Please believe these reviews. This company is a scam service who may well deliver you items, they are not as described nor anywhere near a level of quality. They'll take your money and never engage with you again. The Trustpilot ratings on their site are fake, like their goods.

I regret not checking directly on Trustpilot before ordering.

I've contacted their domain host to get the site shut down, contacted Shopify to shut down their store front end, and complained to Google who are continuing to promote them through Ads. If I can help others then I suppose its a potential win.

After reading the reviews I was dreading my order of two (one impulsively added with the extra discount offered) ‘cashmere’ sweaters arriving. They arrived today and were just as people on here had warned. If Nancy London had advertised them as a run-of-the-mill polyester sweater available only in a small size, they wouldn’t have so many angry customers.
Off to telephone my credit card company now in the hope of a refund.

Do not order from this company. They advertising products as authentic but when you get the product, it turns out to be a fake. I ordered what I believed to be a real leather handbag only to receive a fake. When I requested to return the item for a full refund they offered to give me 30% off if I bought another product. They are scammers and they need to be stopped from ripping innocent people of their hard-earned cash.

I wear size M and ordered size XL - it was too small. Not a single label about size or fabric used .
They are saying that ' the item was on sale !!! It's not refundable !!! '

Do not order from this company. I ordered and paid for a jacket in a size Large. when it arrived it was more like a size small although it had Large on the label. They only offered a partial refund then when I refused this and said I just wished to return the item they stopped all contact. They should not be allowed to sell. They need shutting down.
Although it says Nancy of London. The item came from Hong Kong.. Do not order from them 🙏

Ordered 2 cashmere jumpers for wife Xmas presents, but they turned up 6 weeks later, but we're not cashmere and the labels cut out. I complained as they not provided what was advertised and they refuse to give me a refund only a discount on my next purchase. Why would you want to buy anything from here as you don't get what you ordered.

I purchased the tracksuits in two sizes with intention to return one depending on size and fit. I was told I can NOT RETURN THE ITEM. Also I noticed it came from china NOT London…… also the tracksuits are not the same as in the picture. I highly recommend people DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!
