Terrible company. Do not buy anything from them. The items are poorly made, awful colours. Terrible fit. They won’t refund you any money saying it was reduced. This is how they get around refunds as they give discount to all orders. They try and be so polite and offer you up to 50% off next order. I certainly don’t want to give them another penny. They should be struck off.

Shame company. Refused to refund me, trading standards been made aware.

Waited 3 weeks for delivery , when it finally arrived it was a very tight fit . Requested a return form but was told that they do not accept returns of discounted items . This is hidden in the returns policy FAQ - have emailed back insisting on a returns .If I get nowhere I#'ll take it up with my credit card company .
I would suggest that you do not use this company

Nancylondon why do you ship from China. Jumper nothing like advertised. Soft wool!!! Not sure what type of fabric no label with washing instructions. Certainly not worth what I paid. So disappointed

Waited almost a month for delivery...Totally unhappy with shirt...sleeves almost 3 inches too short, shirt with blue cuffs instead of white as shown in advert, buttonholes too small for buttons to pass through...Wrote to them..answer came back " we do not accept returns !! "...Please remember this policy before ordering from them......................

I ordered two items. Neither were suitable. One was too small, one indescribably awful. Tried to return them but because they were discounted I couldn’t. All I was offered was another discount code. I didn’t want to risk ordering another item that I might want to return so I have lost £60. The returns policy is unclear because it does say you can exchange items that are discounted - and yet they don’t allow you to return them so this does not
make sense. They have stopped answering my emails. I would highly recommend that you do not order from this company.

Garbage ordered large jacket for winter but I got medium sent them emails no reply terrible quality keep well away from these fraudsters tried to send it back but can’t find return adress no phone number

Please don’t use this company-sent defective unwearable boots and won’t refund-customer service poor how are they allowed to trade here -save your money 👿

A further update from myself ref this awful compny.

Sent photos of the defective coat which was delivered. Now their customer services are not responding at all.

This company is a complete sham, who hide behind unlawful T&Cs.

I cannot stress enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will be delivered cheap goods imported from China with no chance of recovering your money.

I have now escalated this matter to Trading Standards

The 'coat' I received is not good enough to even wash my my floors with!!!!

Item arrived faulty and appears to be a "second" ie not fit to be sold at full market value - no labels, no paperwork in the wrapping and therefore not fit for purpose but the company say no refunds given on sale items - every item on their website appears to be a sale item. Instead, they will only offer 30% discount on another item as a godwill gesture - why would anyone buy another item if the first is faulty and you can't get a refund?
Their refund policy is woolly to say the least, however the website does offer a 30 day refund guarantee?

I ordered a men’s coat. I tried to cancel the order within hours of submitting it.
When I eventually received a reply they said it too late to cancel.
Then, after two months the coat finally arrived .
It was too small. I asked for a return form and was told that they do not refund on discounted items.
This operation is just a giant scam.

Exactly as others have said.

Take your money then nothing!! No replies to enquiries, tracking etc.

They don’t deliver the items and then you end up with absolutely unresponsive customer service who who offers you a further discount, voucher for next purchase etc! I couldn’t get my many back. Had to report them as fraud to Amex. And am reporting them to Citizens Advice.

Distrusting company who do not honour their return policy.
Ordered Jacket from them, wrong size arrived and they refused to exchange it.
Now leaving it to Mastercard to get my money back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Their updates are inconsistent and often contradict the information provided in emails. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner, if at all.

I was advised NOT to accept my order as it would be returned, but their own return policy states that if a customer refuses delivery, an additional fee of £15 will be charged. This is misleading and unfair.

The company keeps making excuses, even claiming liquidation, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy. Due to their lack of accountability, I have escalated the matter to my bank’s fraud department.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their practices are deceptive, and the website should be thoroughly investigated.

This is a scam Chinese site - it has nothing to do with the UK or London. And the company is nancylondon.co.uk - they will not refund your money.
I bought 4 items - size XL (I am size M) and they did not fit my daughter (she is XS) and the quality does not match the description on the site - it is cheap Chinese material and has a specific smell of chemicals.
