DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN BY THIS COMPANY I just got caught hook line and sinker. £32 Down the drain. The 2XL is closer to a medium. The material is disgusting my 10year old can sew better than that. No return cause the hoodie was on special!!! Terrible rip off. If only I had seen the comments on here. Lesson learnt!!

Stay WAY CLEAR of this company ... false description photos, which look great, then received shoddy made polyester job ...to be honest, I already figured it wouldn't be cashmere... cos of the price .. I just like the jumper .. its colours and its patterns ... but nothing like photo ...

I also wish I had read the very negative reviews of this frightful company before I parted with my money. I bought two 'XL' 'cashmere' jumpers only to find that they were not cashmere as described (even the label says they are polyester and spandex) and no way are they a true XL size – they are way too small. They are also very badly made.
I repeatedly invited the vendor, Nancy of London, to rectify this error (either by replacing the sweaters with items as described or a refund) but they declined saying their Ts & Cs exonerated them. But as we all know Ts & Cs cannot deny one one’s statutory rights and these items were in breach of three terms of the contract as implied by statute.
I told Nancy that if they refused to rectify the error the implication to be drawn is that it was not an error but a fraud.
A horrible and costly experience.

They don’t deserve one star. Shocking service - ordered cashmere sweater, totally synthetic sweater arrived. I didn’t argue about no returns on sale goods, I demanded the item I ordered. Nothing arrived. Thank you Nationwide Bank for getting my money back.

I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. Jumpers are advertised as made of cachemire but I received a polyester one, light brown and not kaki colour as I requested. I complained via email but the seller keeps on offering vouchers or discounts. I repeatedly emailed them back stating that I am not interested in a refund, however, they should change their false advertising. It's pure scam!!

An absolute SCAM. The items are nothing like the pictures or as advertised and they will not let you return. They say their returns policy states you can’t return the sale items.. which it doesn’t, it says they won’t refund but will exchange or give a gift voucher… also, everything on their site is reduced anyway!! Despite multiple emails they still won’t let me exchange. They need shutting down! I am a mature student with little income and am now stuck with two useless garments that cost me over £50,

Item arrived more than 1 month after order. Wrong colour, wrong size and bearing no resemblance to the photo in their online catalogue. Tried numerous times to return through many coms. Offered me a discount voucher for another item. I refused. They claimed discounted items could not be returned for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM

I wish I had read these reviews before buying and before wasting time with photos and emails to NancyLondon. They are indeed a scam. The garment’s received not true to size not as photographed and extremely poor quality. No refunds or returns procedures given just offered discounts for more purchases !!! Please don’t waste your money. I learnt the hard way.

This is the worst company you can ever have dealings with—they are thieves.
They sell you fake products and never allow returns or refunds. Website pictures are completely fake; you get different items, only baby sizes, no matter what size you ordered. Nothing about them is remotely London-like - Fake Chinesse company, sell £3 products for £60, claiming to have given you discount, afterwards saying because they gave you discount, your right to return is forfieted.
One thing is guaranteed: You'll regret you bought anything from them.

They do have a legal tool to report problems with the order/merchant. Just check on their platform.

My 'Cashmere' jumper was 100% synthetic and looked incredibly cheap and nasty. Totally fraudulent sale, but like all the other reviewers here, I couldn't get a refund (and was offered a discount on next purchase). I tried numerous times but on each occasion was rebuffed. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE (and how I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. Lesson learned).

Awful company. Ordered cashmere jumpers and got polyester ones. Refused return or refund in spite of their legal obligations being pointed out. Just kept offering discount on new purchases. Very deceptive advertising.

I so wish I had not assumed this was a UK operation from its name and .co.uk, because it isn’t. These are cheap goods from China and in my case there was quite a wait, with two parcels arriving nearly three weeks apart ordered on the same day. The quality of the products are well below what I expected for one thing, but worse still is that I could not return anything as in the Nancy ‘small print’ they do not accept returns on sale items, and any that they do (rare) YOU have to pay for the courier back to CHINA. Given that nearly every product on the site was reduced, it immediately marks your order as non-returnable. The shirt I ordered in a LARGE size, wouldn’t have fitted a Pygmy. In an email when I argued the toss on that, I received this reply:

BUYER BEWARE!!

Scam operation, advertising quality products that fall well short of the items on the site. As set out by others, all items are sale goods and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.
I received an e mail which stated that we could refuse delivery and an immediate full refund would be processed. Not holding my breath!!

I stupidly bought 3 jumpers for Christmas presents, I only bought the 3rd as offered me a large discount! When items arrived ( from china late) they are nothing like advertised! Total con! When I tried to return I was told I could not due to discount as advertised ( hidden ) in there P@ps

Be warned DO NOT buy from this company!!
I ordered 2 coats, size EU 3XL.
Coats arrived labelled up as 3XL, both were far too small, plus the zip on one of them was broke.
I contacted customer service who offered me a 30% voucher off my next purchase.
I told them I wanted a refund, or at the very least, a replacement, they refused.
Instead they offered me a 50% voucher off my next purchase.
Despite their promise of Money back’ or Returns are easy’ they WILL NOT refund or replace.
Please do not use this company, if you do, you WILL be sorry.

this company is selling inferior goods at inflated prices. They do mot have a returns policy despite what it says on their site. I purchased 3 items. i am now left with them to sell to recoup some money. One item was supposedly £100 for sale at £59.95. This item is available on other sites at £14. The 2 other items cost approx £40 each. They are readily available at £8 each. Do yourself a favour avoid this site at all costs.

Just absolutely appalling company!!! I never complain, but felt the need to on this occasion. From quality to customer service, is all disgraceful. Be warned and read the reviews before you attempt to order from here. Never again!!
