I was so impressed by the polo shirts in the images that I didn’t do what I always do and check reviews. I’ve read them now!! And I can only agree! This is a false representation of grand proportions!! The product supplied is nothing like the product advertised! My wife’s first reaction on seeing my new shirts: “They’re disgusting!” Someone else has reviewed these items and said they wouldn’t even give them to a charity shop…I said exactly the same thing to my wife! And I would not give them to a charity shop! I have only just started the process to get my money back, so I don’t know how easy or difficult it’s going to be. We’ll see. Do not buy this product!

I ordered a pair of sandals on 1st July 2025 and I didn't receive the order until 4th August. When I received the sandals, tgey were too big, no labels to confirm the size and they were very poorly made and were in terrible condition when delivered.
The order was processed and sent from HongKong though it says made in UK.
I have sent several emails to request for a refund but no return address has been provided so far.
Please, stay away from this company by all means as they don't have a UK address nor UK customer service telephone number.

I wish I could give a minus. This company is an absolute sham. I wish I'd never come across them. The day my order arrived(14 days after ordering) I tried everything on and contacted them immediately about the unsuitability of the products. After giving further information and 3 days later they inform me that as my items were purchased in a promotion they do not accept returns or issue refunds. I was offered a 50% voucher. You've got to be joking I'd never use this company again and £110 later am seeking legal advice as well as speaking to my bank. Steer clear of these con artists.

My last post, 2 weeks ago naively assumed that I'd receive my refund.
The next day, I received an email from them indicating that as I had made my purchase at a "special offer" price, they could not refund my money but 'as a gesture of goodwill' they would be prepared to offer a VOUCHER to the value of 50% of what I had spent. Under UK Consumer law a trader is mandated to provide a full refund for goods returned. They are operating outside of the law and clearly have no intention of refunding my money. Basically, I've been ripped off of my £50.
So, in conclusion my advice is DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT. You WILL get ripped off, just like me.

To be fair to Nancy London they have since e-mailed me to begin the next step of the product return and refund process. So, fingers crossed, I may yet receive my refund which is all I ask for. I've increased their star rating to 2 for the moment as a goodwill gesture, in anticipation.
IF I receive my refund, I will update this posting and delete my criticism of the company service below.
Ordered 2 Polo Shirts (~£50).
On receipt they looked very different from web site advertisement image. Poor quality material. Twice contacted company for a return package label per their instructions on web site. Absolutely no response.
Sadly I have to accept that I should have checked Trustpilot reviews before parting with my cash. It's a SCAM site. DON'T GO THERE.

Do not use. They claim to be in London but its Chinese c**p. Costs a fortune to return thst it is not worth adding to your losses. A complete scam

I bought several item for my wife and myself by credit card.
items arrived all of inferior quality and sizes not capable of fitting us both. no returns form in the parcels to enable return as stated on their return policy section, 10 days in emailing to all the emails given on their website requesting a form, not one reply. how do I moved forward to send it's back and recover my money. Looks like a scam

I should have read all these negative reviews about this on line 'shop' before placing an order as I too have been conned. The inferior quality polo shirt that arrived was nothing like the images on the web site. When I contacted to return for a refund there was standard 'bot' generated emails with generic paragraphs showing no insight into the issue. A minimal voucher of 15% off future purchase offered. Pathetic company, product and service. DO NOT USE.

Two men’s casual shirts arrived, cheap, shoddy and nothing like pictures on website. They were in ‘sale’ but still over £50 for the two. It would appear that you only receive a voucher if you return sale goods. Wish we had read reviews first! No returns form has been sent. Absolutely disgraceful goods and service. Be warned.

The tee shirt I received was £22.99 and size xl I would not have bought the tee shirt if I had seen it first hand poor quality 2 sizes to small I asked for a refund was offered 50% voucher which I refused then I asked to exchange for two sizes larger was told no because I bought the item on a promotion .

I now recognise this style of advertising and always check on Trustpilot. Glad I did. I was definitely attracted to the linen look of some shorts on the glamorous model, but the price was almost too attractive and it just looked too good to be true. Clearly that is the case.

Absolutely appalling company the only way it could improve is to close down. The polo shirts I ordered bear no resemblance to the advertised articles . They are of such poor quality that I would be embarrassed to give them unworn to a charity shop. Having belatedly read the reviews on Trustpilot I have decided not to incur further costs by attempting to obtain a refund. Avoi these rip off merchants at all costs.

I was sucked into their classy looking website with an attractive store and models wearing well designed and made clothes.

This is all a front and scam. They do not have a shop in the UK, their garments are worse than any of the cheapest market garments and the so called sale is permanent and the way they get out of making any return payments. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN

Beware of this seller. Bought two half sleeve grandad type shirts but very small sizes. So emailed them but no reply plus the parcel had no details inside. Then no returns address to return parcel.!!!!
They are obviously not trying to offer a good service

Reading the reviews I'm starting to think this company is a scam. I have received 4 shirts from them. They are comically small and the quality is terrible. There was no paperwork in the package. I have tried emailing them several times without a reply. AVOID!

This bogus site should be closed down. It is a total scam conning thousands of people by shipping trash that has no resemblance to the items offered on their website. They ship from cheap Asian manufacturers and disregard complaints. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Company would not issue a refund, I received a shirt meant to be 16 and it didn't even fit a person size 12, there was no promotion when I bought this but they said it had been bought on promotion (lied) I passed their details to trading standards, Absolute scam

Company is an absolute sham. Order promised in 3days took over 2weeks to arrive & then large sized shirt would not fit my 13yr old grandson never mind me!!!
Also quality was appalling - too embarrassed to give to charity shop so put straight in bin!!!
Avoid this company - it's a complete RIP OFF

The items were delivered, the products were to small, I can not get a reply with an address for returns after twelve emails.This company has my money,I wish to return the products and get my money back ,if this is how this company operates, I would highly recommend NOT to deal with them at any cost. Very very disappointed.

Shocking Service and Product

The advert was a cotton and linen mix but cheap viscose shirts arrived about 3 week later.

A real lesson in going off piste with ordering from unknown suppliers.
