Buyer beware. This company are happy to take your money, however when the ordered items don't arrive even though the tracking says delivered, they absolve all responsibility and refuse refunds passing you from pillar to post.
Unfortunately I had to award 1 star, I would have preferred to award nil!
Lesson learned, read reviews first.

Complete Scam ..I got not what I ordered .I ordered 2 Tshirts and ended up with 2 Silk shirts ,don't go near this site with a Shitty Stick .I take my Hat off to them caught me good a proper though if they're site comes up again I'll be commenting on that

I bought a waterproof jacket in their sale. Checked size I wanted but it was wrongly sized on arrival and did not fit. Complained but told I could only get money off another item. Also as made in China I would have to pay for return myself.I said as couldn't guarantee the size would be correct I refused.

Scammers and liars. Said it was delivered to mailbox there is no mailbox and I received no confirmation. First they said via shop then via Amazon so no longer their concern. Disgusting

What a scam, Having checked the size guide I ordered a 2XL (one size bigger than needed) weatherproof jacket for autumn/spring, on arrival checked it out and all seem OK until I tried it on, it didn't meet the sizes as stated on the web site and if this was a 2XL I'm an Italian as it must be at least three sizes too small I wish I had checked Trustpilot first, I will next time. Dont use this site.

Dire experience. Items paid for,not delivered, despite numerous emails promising a refund no refund has appeared.In fact emails are now being classed as undeliverable ! The totally unacceptable face of mail order . Other customers might be satisfied with the service and products but this one is seriously annoyed!

I ordered 4 polo shirts and they sent me dreadful silky shirts, they were dreadful.
They refused to refund the money to me and said that I had to pay for them to be retured and that cost me £28.00 postage as they said I had to return them to Hong Kong. They are still refusing to give me a full refund. I will now sart procedings to get my money back

My experience with the company was bad. Their products was substandard and they refused to make full refund back to my bank account only stating to refund 50% back to my account with them claiming I bought the blouse during promo period.

I made the mistake to order online something called "vintage shirts" from this site.
Their appearance on the website was decent, it was described as "100% cotton" and the price of £29.99 per piece (after discount) created expectations that what I would get would meet the description.
The order took weeks to arrive. And when it did, it was 35% cotton (rest polyester) and of a quality that you can buy from Poundland for £2.99.
Needless to say that the email I sent to info@... requesting return bounced back.
So, the only description I can have for this site is "scam".

As per everyone else - ordered two men’s polo shirt and got two which were nothing like the advertised photos.
Managed to email supportat(symbol)nancylondon.reamaze.com and was told to send back to address in china. Wasn’t going to bother due to costs but if you don’t send it back it’s like you are accepting the items, so sent back costing £12.90. Took over a month to get there (caught up in customs) but I had proof and they eventually refunded (less postage). If they dispute or try and refund different amount you can dispute the transaction with your bank.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I've sent numerous emails, including rude critical ones and one just gets the same email message about getting a discount of 15%. They don't even look at your complaints or requests.
They should have been liquidated years ago but it would appear allegedly the Insolvency 'Director' and previous incumbents - if they exist - just keep it running for some form of income. Check out Companies House, as I can't post a link here.
Bottom line, it's just a con supplying absolute rubbish shipped here from China.

Wont change for bigger size. Size chart is a joke.
Every thing is reduced so no refund if in a sale.
Stuck with two shirts which will only fit a child which a child couldn't wear as the collars look like aroplane wings .

Absolutely rubbish. Bought a dress from this company nothing like in the picture. No reply for returns form. Thankfully it was in the sale so didn't pay full price. Lesson learnt never again. Company should be shut down.

Well Nancy London. Sent me there address in China.( NOT LONDON ). So I could send back the items I bought. And it was going to cost me £23 to send them back. I will take them to a charity shop. So be warned everyone. You will never get your money back. Unless you send your items back. And you are losing out. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. And if anyone has had trouble with Nancy London. Please keep putting bad reviews about them. And with a bit of luck it will close down.

Do not order from this Company they are a scam. They make it sound like they are London based high quality goods, but when received the item are absolutely cheap rubbish and so small you can't even get them on.
They refuse to refund as it was a supposedly ordered while on a promotion .

I order a polo shirt for my husband . It came we are very discussed with .it not material it says it was .it was not the color it showed .it was NOT worth the £27.99 I paid for it .I could have got cheap one on the local market a lot better quality.Now I am trying to return it for a full refund .And I am not having any bloody luck with that .There no address or telephone number .Can any one help me please
