I would class myself as annoying (haha) with the amount of times I’ve had to call/email but the responses I get are so professional and so responsive, having a Nanny is new to me so there’s lots of unexpected things cropping up but the employees at Nannypaye takes the time to go through everything and time again if you’re still not clear and they don’t get frustrated or sound irritated at all during the call (like I’ve had in the past with other call handlers) they don’t rush the call, you are their main priority for however long it takes … I can’t rate them highly enough!!
I have and will continue to tell my friends who are thinking about getting a nanny to trust Nannypaye.
The relief and confidence you feel having them working alongside you is great! :)
