Easy to order website

I havent even recieved my dress yet but i cannot tell you how excited I am to get it! Its a beautiful dress and exactly what I was looking for! After trying on so many other options from other websites i was so upset until i came across this store!

1 star is too high! Do not buy anything from this place. Terrible quality, slow shipping and offers 20% refund on returned item. RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I ordered a dress from this company after seeing photos on the website that made the item appear high quality. Unfortunately, when the dress arrived, the quality was extremely poor and it looked nothing like the product pictured online.

I felt comfortable making the purchase because the website clearly advertised a “30-day money-back guarantee” for returns. However, when I contacted customer service to initiate a return, they repeatedly avoided honoring their own stated policy. Instead of processing the return, they continued offering alternatives such as partial refunds, store credit, or keeping a percentage of my payment, anything except providing the full refund that was promised on their website.

Because they refused to honor their return policy, I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not do business with this company again.

I recently ordered a dress from Naples Boutique, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Finding the perfect dress online can be tricky, but the website was easy to navigate.

Horrible experince, it is a scam definitely not a business in Naples Florida. Do yourself a favor do not buy from this website. The pictures look so different than the actual items… they do not refund…

What drew me to the site were the beautiful dresses. there were so many that I liked, it was hard to choose. The one I picked I am excited to try. Fingers crossed that it fits and looks as good on me as it does on the model! Its for a wedding in July

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Complete scam.

They advertise as though they are based in Florida. All shipments are from China which is not disclosed on their website. I brought 2 jumpsuits, same sizes, and they have almost 9 inches difference in inseam. I also went through the return process where they yanked me around offering 120% store credit, 10% refund and 50% off another item, and finally gave me the shipping instructions to China which would cost $30. There is no way to verify the reviews on their website or to leave a review. Also, the jumpsuit I did keep I found on Amazon a week later for HALF the price. It’s basic cotton and they’re charging $60 as a “discount” when it’s $30 on Amazon. I’ll be reporting them to the FTC and FL attorney general for false advertising.

Everything was really easy about the website. Easy to find what it was I was looking for and seamless checkout. The dresses are beautiful and I can’t wait to wear them. I also ordered a very chic jumpsuit that I’m excited about. Super cute boutique!
