Great material and study guides!

Great content. Wish there were more exercises for specific muscles and good technique. Very hard to reach out with questions.

Material. I teach ExPhys @BSU. This is concise and relevant. Texts get carried away with the minutiae of particular studies.. Come on; bottom line, with a reference to the study---like NASM

The course was very rewarding and a challenge. The support was amazing 🤩.

Both the personal training course and the nutrition course were easy to navigate and study from. I learned a lot! The nutrition course didn’t have a study guide or audio to listen to the material so that was the only downside.

Such a great platform to learn in. Easy to navigate. Very in-depth traing. Up to date stats, and references. I am already planning my next bundle package to further my training in a couple of areas.

I have learned a lot from my certifications, not only from the text, but from the many NASM YouTube videos, which provided visuals and great review for exams.

Everything was clear and understood and helped me with what I needed really quick.

It has been a wonderful experience and I am excited to begin my coaching career.

The training is comprehensive, easy to navigate and has solid review process. They give you the tools to get certified.

The ONLY thing that made my experience positive was Vabby. I have had many challenges with NASM. Until today, no one ever took real ownership and helped me with my challenges. He was amazing - thorough, competent and very professional.

I think the NASM material is not relative and the practice exams include insignficant material. PSI, your proctoring company, basically "hung up" on me.

You should put Vabby in charge of customer relations.

Some of the information in NASM CPT-7 is outdated and/or factually incorrect.

For example:
1. One should always wear a suit to any interview in order to look professional.
-In most cases inappropriate, especially for someone in an entry level position. A suit would be overkill.

2. That H2O is an electrolyte.
-This is not only incorrect, but easily verify verifiable. This is very basic information and should not be wrong.

3. ”Carl Rehnborg developed the first multivitamin product while living in China after observing micronutrient deficiencies. His business, Nutrilite, began in California in 1939. Carl also invented the concept of multilevel marketing to help sell the product, a technique that is still used by some supplement, fitness, homecare, and cosmetic companies today.” - Section 3, Chapter 10
- Why is NASM promoting the existence of MLMs? Most of these are scams designed to take advantage of economically desperate people. It's a classic get rich quick pyramid scheme. This is easily verifiable, and not uncommonly known.

The overall training and information is exceptional. The things I wish, the book was an option to purchase on top of online. The program is a great reference. Yes I can go back online but a book to me is easier to reference. I also wish the chapter guidelines narrowed down how to study for the exam a bit more. I found that that the test questions made you use the information in a practical way and having that would have helped with exam. But I did pass on the first try, so the my "critiques" are very minor and would recommend NASM to anyone

This is the standard for all Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs)! It’s not an easy task, but it’s not too challenging if you diligently study the course. The unlimited practice exams are incredibly helpful. If you remain consistent and maintain your passion, you’ll be rewarded with the privilege of becoming NASM CPT Certified.

As a college student, doing this along with school work, I was really nervous that I wasn't going to be able to handle it. But, NASM is self-paced and they broke the sections down into manageable chunks. I would recommend NASM to anyone looking into becoming a CPT.

Excellent information. Customer service was great: quick to respond and answer my questions.

At times the presentation became monotonous and repetitive. A more concise presentation could accomplished the same task in less time.
It would have also been great to have a downloadable book to study and review to topics at a later time.

In depth scientific studies on how the body and human sports physiology work. Quizzes and chapter reviews help retain knowledge. What’s lacking is the transition to building meaningful workout plans for clients. The edge app is hard to navigate.

Very useful and constructive educational information. I am very happy with my experience.
