Great customer service. One of the lamps I ordered wasn't working properly but as soon as I messaged one of the team responded and offered to send a replacement out. No fuss, just good prompt and efficient service, which was much appreciated.

I purchased two lamps and they are lovely. Had a small problem and the company dealt with it very quick. The service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend. A1. Thank you

Competitively priced products and fast delivery. I had an issue with a missing screw from one of the lights I had ordered. I raised with the Customer service team via email and received a response with a few hours.
The issue was dealt with promptly and effectively by Sonia. Great customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to order products in the future from National Lighting.

I am leaving this review solely in relation to delivery and customer service.
National Lighting chose DPD to deliver my order. Instead of delivering the parcel to my address, DPD left it with a neighbour without my permission or any delivery instruction from me.
This caused unnecessary inconvenience, as I had to locate and collect the parcel myself from an address that was unknown to me.
I subsequently raised a complaint with National Lighting. Their response was that the decision to leave the parcel with a neighbour was made by DPD and that I should take my complaint directly to the courier.
As a customer, my contract is with National Lighting, not with DPD. I therefore found it disappointing that National Lighting chose to distance itself from the issue rather than taking responsibility for the actions of the courier they appointed.
I cannot comment on the quality of the products, as they have not yet been installed. However, based on my delivery and customer service experience, I was left dissatisfied.

I note your confirmation that National Lighting instructed DPD to deliver the parcel to my address only and that you did not authorise delivery to a neighbour.
However, this reinforces my original concern. As the retailer, National Lighting appointed DPD as its delivery contractor and my contract is with National Lighting, not DPD.
When I first raised my complaint, I was advised to take the matter up directly with DPD. In my view, it should have been National Lighting that investigated the matter with its chosen courier and then reported the outcome back to me.
I am pleased to learn that National Lighting has now raised the matter with DPD. However, I would appreciate being informed of the outcome of that investigation and what explanation DPD has provided for delivering my parcel to a neighbour without my authority and contrary to your delivery instructions.
My concern has never been about the speed of delivery. It is about a parcel being handed to an unknown third party without my consent, the inconvenience this caused, and the initial response directing me to pursue the matter with your courier rather than National Lighting dealing with the issue on behalf of its customer.

I had previously ordered and installed 11 high quality IP67 rated decking spotlights. Unfortunately a year later 2 of the 11 stopped working. I found my original order number, sent an enquiry to National Lighting customer services. Their response was almost immediate and after a confirmatory photo of the failed lights , they immediately despatched two new replacements. A genuinely refreshingly fantastic service which leaves me feeling that they will continue to get my custom. Thanks National Lighting for a wonderful service.

Bought a ceiling light from National Lighting online, and was very happy all round. The price was good, cheaper than identical versions elsewhere. The delivery was extremely fast, much faster than expected. The light was packaged well, protected, but fuss free and recyclable. The light itself is great, thanks very much.

I bought a light shade from this company omitting the platform required. I went round and round with Amazon Customer Service, getting nowhere. Finally, I got a phone call from the seller who realised I was having a problem. Problem solved, immediately and part shipped out to me. I highly recommend the excellent courteous Customer service from National Lighting. Shade is beautiful. Customer very satisfied.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Good quality light fixtures. One of the glass shades was cracked and a replacement was issued straight away.

Unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015! I bought two Saxby Inova PIR lights in April 2022 and one of the PIRs has failed. I expected at least 10 years life from them, not 4 years. When I requested a discount on a replacement, quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they replied completely ignoring my request and hid behind the 2 year warranty, which is irrelevant in law. I can only imagine that their 5 star reviews are fake if this is their response - total disrespect for the law! I now have to replace both lights because they are fitted either side of my garage, but I will avoid National Lighting for their lack of customer service and Saxby products for their poor reliability.

This company has been effortless from start to finish. Deals with your order and any issues with the fastest response. Would definitely use again.

I ordered two items within days of each other. Ordering was simple and the first product arrived two days later. A few days after that, my second product came the following day and before 10 am !

Great range of products, on well-designed website: ie easy to use for finding options, and pricing etc. Staff are great: professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pricing is competitive, delivery prompt, and if there are any issues arising, the staff are great!

Great customer care - carrier couldn’t find our new build house on a long-established road 4 days running & Jen on the National Lighting customer help line was very helpful in sorting it out with the carrier & calling me back to let me know.

Very quick delivery and competitively priced. Although it states the rechargeable lamps take 5 hours to charge but they take way longer, maybe twice as long
