Nationwide Bus Charter is among the most professional companies I've ever worked with. Their sales force - Matt Buscemi and Jonathan Lass are exceptional - and the entire staff is incredibly accomodating. I can't recommend this company more highly.

The Nationwide Bus Charter team was extremely helpful in making sure we secured the best busses for our event and guests. The drivers were on-time and pleasant to work with. When a guest accidently left a bag on the bus, the Nationwide team was there to assist and make sure the bag was retrieved by the owner. Our agent Nick made the bus trip a super easy experience. He lined everything up and the bus showed up clean and on time! Our driver Kamal was great too and showed up on time or early at each pickup/dropoff. He was especially helpful with some of the elderly members of our party, in getting their wheelchairs & walkers off the bus at each stop.

We had a group of 35, travel from Chicago to Evanston for a Northwestern football game. The bus service was very well executed (pick up, drop off location and time we’re accurate) and the bus driver was helpful with any questions I had. Would absolutely recommend this business.

Our sales rep, Jonathan Lass, is a miracle worker! When I tell you I had a complicated emergency trip, it's an understatement! He handled it flawlessly. He was professional the entire time, kept me posted along the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what we needed...which was a huge ask. I highly recommend having him by your side for any travel plans, regardless of how big or small they may be. Top-notch experience all around.

I organize my company's annual softball tournament. I was also travelling out of the country for a few weeks before the tournament. I needed a minibus to take my team to the tournament and did not secure one the week of the tournament. Matt Buscemi was extremely helpful and secured a minibus just days of the event. He stayed in constant communication with me to assure everything went well. I will be using Nationwide again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Everything was good in entire our two days trip. only thing that I want to point out Bus Driver should not rush to bring back home. all passengers were fallowing rules and were on time. we suppose to leave the last point at 2.30PM and Bus driver made us leave at 2.00. because he wanted to go home early. other than that, everything was wonderful. Special thanks to Matt for helping out and quick response for our issues. Thank you. we will defiantly use this company again.

The whole team was responsive and very helpful. We ordered two buses for two separate pick up point. Both drivers were on time and efficient.
