Excellent ingredients but now extremely expensive. Have been a customer for over 20years but sadly will not be purchasing in the future.
I’ve been buying their products for years and are the only brand I really trust in a market flooded with options. Personally, I think they are good value for money as the efficacy is apparent in the w... Toon meer

I was worried when I only got an email from PayPal and not from Natural Health confirming my order.
Then before the product arrived I was asked for my feedback which obviously I couldn't give.
Anyway...I am very happy with the product and delighted that it did arrive before I got too worried 👍

Website not working
I was trying for a week, every day, to make an order, as i run out of supplements and the website wasnt working. I tried from different browsers and still the 'add to basket' wasnt working for certain items, to make the order. At the end it started working and i was able to place an order. This is not the first time I have had this experience with the website, hence thought to leave a review as it was very frustrating when you need it most.

a bit mixed, excellent customer care, website seemed glitchy
a bit mixed - the website failed to register my offer code for 30% reduction. It took some time to speak to anyone in the few days after Black Friday. When someone phoned me back, just from having seen my number on several failed attempts to get through, I was listened to, and promised the possibility of a refund to match the reduction. Later that day I was phoned again to say the refund was agreed. Excellent customer service. Not yet received the refund, but its only 2 days so I am hopeful.
