NaturalPetWarehouse.com Reviews

This company is able to provide products we cannot find from other sources. The ordering process is easy, and shipments arrive very quickly. Most importantly, orders r dogs love the treats!

Shipping was super fast. They have tons of products to choose from and my dog loved the collagen chew! I will definitely be buying from them again.

Absolutely great first purchase with Natural Pet Warehouse in PA. Was stuck without our favorite training treats and Amazon's delivery would not arrive till 10 days later! So found Natural Pet Warehouse online, ventured a phone call to customer service at 8 am on a Sunday, not expecting anyone to pick up. Well someone did pick up, he was helpful, estimated delivery to be in 2 days based on our location, and as promised, our training treats arrived promptly 2 days later via UPS. Happily surprised and satisfied with this purchase. Will be keeping this business in mind for future purchases and spreading the word with our training friends! Thank you!

I have been ordering pure vita hip and joint chews for several years Natural Pet Warehouse has never missed a beat with deliver. If I called with questions they always answered or called back. Brandon is truly responsive to any question I may have.
I would highly recommend Natural Pet Warehouse and their products!

Fantastic customer service and amazingly fast shipping! I love the selection of products for my dog.

I ordered the high-quality bird food my birds love. The pricing was good, and the website was easy to navigate. I got free shipping and received the product fast. I love supporting a business that has a good purpose behind it.

I found NPW's pricing to be more than competitive and their shipping was extremely fast. The KOHA chew sticks are a first rate product and as such, have become hard to find - often the case when you find a minimal ingredient/low fat dog treat - when Chewy sells out (similar price) and doesn't restock quickly on a product, I find it necessary to "look elsewhere" which is how I found NPW. They have other products of interest so I will continue to shop with them.

Super impressed with how quickly I got my order!! And the trachea chews are (gross to me lol) but absolutely wonderful to my pup and so good for his teeth and gums. So happy to have found naturalpetwarehouse!

The Natural Pet Warehouse makes it quick and easy to secure the Saint Roccos Salmon treat’s our Yorkie loves. Their price is great and shipping timely so we always have her favorite treats on hand!

Natural Pet Warehouse processes our orders same day and sometimes ships the same day. We order the Butchers Prime roasted beef lung tips in the 40 oz bags. For us it’s like getting two free 8 oz bags per bag with local pricing if it’s even available. Shipping normally takes 3 days from Pennsylvania to Nevada. We also love the fact they’re a family owned and operated business.

Excellent product selection and customer service. Love supporting small business and just purchased with them again today. Thank you!

Friendly, accurate, speedy service. We can’t buy the treats at the store anymore so we are able to get them here. Thank you

The service is great, easy to order. I buy tendons every 3 months and the product is great.

My experience was great. The product is great soft not overly dried out and my dogs love them. They were a little pricey which is why I can't buy them all the time but I would purchase them again.

Natural Pet Warehouse is my go to source for healthy supplements for my aging dog. The website is easy to navigate, prices are good, my items are well packed and arrive quick. There is even a treat for me in the box! I also like buying from a family run company.

Great product, fast shipping that's free! Treat for pet owners is yummy! Great service every time.

Fast service and shipping was super fast also. Appreciate that they tucked in a surprise for the human too in my box. I will return for future orders.

Their air-dried crispy kangaroo jerky is great for naturally keeping my dog's teeth-&-gums clean of tartar buildup. He gets a piece every day after his dinner. The proprietors at NPW have always been promptly helpful & responsive. They ship fast & reliably. I now buy from them regularly, & am pleased to be able to endorse such a superb small business. Well done!

I have used Natural Pet Warehouse a few times and the kitties food is well packaged and arrives quickly. Prices are comparable to other stores. Glad to support a small family business. I also love that they drop in a treat for me as well with the order. That last cookie was amazing! Definitely have to check out the human side of the warehouse!

Excellent customer service from Brandon. Realizing I’d ordered the wrong product, he ensured that my error would be fixed and I received what I intended to order. Will be ordering from again in the future! Shipping was quick and arrived when promised.
