NaturalPetWarehouse.com Reviews

Their air-dried crispy kangaroo jerky is great for naturally keeping my dog's teeth-&-gums clean of tartar buildup. He gets a piece every day after his dinner. The proprietors at NPW have always been promptly helpful & responsive. They ship fast & reliably. I now buy from them regularly, & am pleased to be able to endorse such a superb small business. Well done!

I have used Natural Pet Warehouse a few times and the kitties food is well packaged and arrives quickly. Prices are comparable to other stores. Glad to support a small family business. I also love that they drop in a treat for me as well with the order. That last cookie was amazing! Definitely have to check out the human side of the warehouse!

Excellent customer service from Brandon. Realizing I’d ordered the wrong product, he ensured that my error would be fixed and I received what I intended to order. Will be ordering from again in the future! Shipping was quick and arrived when promised.

I had a great experience with Natural Pet Warehouse. The ordering process was simple, communication was good, and my order arrived quickly and exactly as expected. I purchased The Honest Kitchen Daily Boosters Beef Bone Broth and was happy with how easy everything was from start to finish. It’s always nice finding a company that makes buying quality products for your pets hassle-free. I’ll definitely be ordering from Natural Pet Warehouse again. Thanks for the great service!

Excellent communication and fast shipping. They are my go to shop now.

I was so happy to find our dogs favorite frisbee on your website. the purchase process was effortless and I appreciate the email about the family owned business post purchase.
I do wish the fabric was a little more sturdy, the pup's incisor tooth has penetrated it so I am purchasing another so I have a back up.

It's always a pleasure to buy from Natural Pet Warehouse. Easy website to navigate and prompt fast delivery of products ordered

I love these treats that Natural Pet sells. I have a dog who allergic to chicken and turkey. It is really hard to find treats that wont make her itch or shake her head. These treats she loves and I love them because it makes her happy. Customer service is amazing as well.

Fast shipping, quality product, dogs love the teats!

Best product!!
Corrected my dogs stomach within two days after meds did not work at all. Can’t be without it!

The store where I normally bought St. Rocco's treats for my dog closed and there wasn't anywhere else in the area to get them. I found Natural Pet Warehouse online and am very happy with the cost and service received. The order was perfect and received in a very timely manner.

Great store. I ordered 4 retriever rolls for my Chesapeake bay retriever. They arrived quickly and perfectly. I'll order things from here again.

Great customer service if you ever need it. Excellent selection of high quality pet foods. I always receive my freeze dried dog food without damage due to superior packaging. I highly recommend NaturalPetWarehouse.

My son gave me a sample of the Saint Rocco toppings for dog food. My dog went nuts over it! Now I sprinkle it on top of his food every morning and he eats every bite. I’m so thankful to have found something that will get him to eat his food. The shipping on this product was fast and I really appreciated that too.

I've ordered from this Pet food store several times, and I've always had a great experience. The shipping is fast, and everything arrives well packaged. They offer such great selection of treats. I highly recommend them!

This company goes above and beyond to accommodate. Very helpful. They carry Rugby pouches which I love as a healthy snack for my dog. Helped me get a package quickly with less shipping costs. Owner operated. Love that.
