Natural Sleep Reviews

Excellent Quality Excellent Value for money and Excellent customer service plus very efficient delivery service. Overall a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.....

The bed is so comfy! We love it. We dealt with a really lovely helpful woman, Eileen in the Dublin showroom. She knew so much abut the beds, how they were made, the fabric, the factory they're made in. Told me about every bed and the difference between them. A wonderful shopping experience. And I love buying local, organic and Irish. A great company to deal with. Definitely recommend them 100%.

The bed is comfortable but it is a little too high for me getting in to it from the floor .
The mattress itself is very comfortable and I have no complaints about it .
The salesperson in the store was very helpful in my reaching a decision to purchase .

The bed is well made. I bought it because our previous mattress was memory foam and made me hot at night. This mattress is better, but still makes me hot.

Got our new bed and loving it. Very comfy and arrived very promptly.

The bed is so comfortable and the electrics on they bed make for a very comfortable ight sleep

Essential Organic mattress, Medium soft, a great quality. Recommend to buy.

The nature’s finest mattress is very thick which enhances the comfort level greatly ! It also comes with a pillow top cushioning for added comfort.

Overall experience was extremely positive. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The quality was of a very high standard but the cost was surprisingly affordable.

Purchased "Made in Ireland " the 5ft luxurious Pure Organic latex core mattress, with lambswool and soft organic cotton, sits securely on the solid beechwood adjustable bed base, both sides operate quietly, independently with no interferance or distrubance for two people sharing. The firm side of mattress is most comfortable for orthopaedic musculoskeletal conditions.
Thank you, Natural Sleep company for creating a premium bed which provides oppurtunity for high quality, most comfortable rest.

Thank you, also to Lorraine (Sales Person ) - Long Mile Road for the advice and information sharing without the hard sell, was much appreciated !

An exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the team at Natural Sleep enough—not only for their professionalism and knowledge, but for the genuine care they showed throughout the process.

Buying a house is already stressful, and furnishing it while dealing with delays and uncertainty has been anything but straightforward. The team at Natural Sleep went above and beyond to make things easier for me. They were patient, incredibly helpful, attentive to every detail and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things right rather than simply making a sale.

The level of customer service I received is something you don't come across often anymore. The employees are an absolute credit to the owner and the company, and I hope they know how much their attitude and professionalism are appreciated.

I would recommend Natural Sleep without hesitation. A truly outstanding team and a genuinely excellent customer experience.

The quality and delivery service

Amazing matress so comfortable and worth the money

Made in Ireland. Top quality and great sleep experience. Love it!

We should probably wait longer to review but we're so happy and sleeping so well we couldn't! Ordered a Platinum Comfort mattress through a local furniture store. We were going to go with something more affordable but once we tried it out we were gonners and had to order. Zero regrets. I have all kinds of joint issues, so I need some give in a mattress and my husband has a bad back so he needs solid support, and this somehow ticks all the boxes for both of us. Even in the mad heatwave the latex topper really was cooling. My husband was amazed "I thought that was a gimmick but it is real!" We also can't feel the other person moving or getting in/out of bed, which is a gamechanger...I used to wake at every twitch. Just a few nights in and I can't believe the difference. We will mind it well!

Having purchased two other high end mattresses from different companies that we had to return, we finally got third-time-lucky with the “Healthy Layers” mattresses from Natural Sleep. Having had a lot of difficulty with super king mattresses, Bronagh (in the new showroom in Finline Furniture, Long Mile Road.) suggested two twin mattresses and that’s been a game changer. We also opted for the adjustable bed base - another game changer! Irrespective of size or whether it’s on an adjustable base - these mattresses are absolute quality. They are very very deep and heavy with just the right ratio of plushness to support. They feel really robust, edge to edge. And I love the fact that they are made with wool, cotton and latex in the core. All natural materials so no nasty chemical off-gassing or over-heating. They feel like they can breathe. There was no settling-in period at all - they were comfortable from the first night. Both the bed and the mattresses represent really good value too for the quality and compare very well to similar brands such as Auping. There were several other equally suitable mattresses in the showroom too which is well worth visiting. Thank you Maryrose and Bronagh 🙏

Gorgeous, comfortable mattress. We’re having the best sleeps in years and it’s wonderful to know that we’re not sleeping in a cloud of VOC’s. Super quality, value and customer service. Highly recommend.

Great initial contact.
