well further to my previous blog on trustpilot I have tried to track my order at nature sours the tracking software says it has been 73 days and its still waiting to be picked up by the carrier so it hasnt been sent to canada yet what crooks these bastards are remember canada an election is coming and the liberals want you all to submit to the global economy and order outside the country this is the liberal way screw citizens and offer no help if it comes from china its probably a fraud

Ordered Soursop back in December 2024 its now March 7, 2025 and I have not received my order. This is a fake company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been going back and forth about this matter and so many excuses! If I could sue this company I would!This is exactly why Chinese companies can't be trusted!

This is a total SCAM and I was charged $48.84 for two bottles and paid $2.99 for shipping and $3.99 for insurance (thats a joke). My order placed 12/5/24 and 98 emails later I was never refunded nor have I received the 2nd order they claim to have made (no tracking).
Seems that someone should be able to take this company down and file suit on this scam. Disgusting!

It's a scam. As many already mentioned, you get a tracking number that is not real, and they just say that they will send you a replacement order (which I doubt will happen). Plus, it's coming from China. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered 2 x soursop oil extract. Didn't know the product is comming from China. No communication when I asked for the refund of my money. The product hasn't even arrived yet after 2 weeks. This is a fraud. Avoid this company.

Ordered February 19,2025 tracking says here in United States. There site says in route to my address and then still waiting to be completed for delivery. Companies like this make it worse for people to trust on line purchases. Sent several e-mails they never respond to one. Not a good company to order from. That star was giving only because I have no choice. In order to send a review your force to give one star.

I ordered my product 12/24 still haven’t received anything. Like others I was told they were sending a replacement and still nothing. It’s so sad when people want to try things to improve their health & this happens. Now they won’t respond to my emails. Although it probably doesn’t matter to you, but I hope karma gets you.

shipping comes from china, poor communication and i never received my order or the replacement nor a refund. terrible experience

I didn't find these reviews until it was too late. I did receive the product, it took about 2months. 12/2024 02/2025. No address or phone number on box?
The reviews are correct the box and the bottle are different in one ingredient. 1.7 B6. I call this fraud and God knows what's actually in the bottle. I will file a complaint with US Attorney Generals Office to investigate this company. Buyer beware! They don't deserve a one star.

BEWARE!!Ordered in December 2024. It is 2/21/25. After several emails back and forth, I have received nothing and requested a refund, which was ignored. The tracking number is not a real tracking number!! BEWARE!! SCAM!!

Awful. I ordered Dec 5, 2024. After weeks of not hearing anything I reached out and they said it should be coming was held up. A few more weeks I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds but that they’d ship me a new order. Well, it’s two and a half weeks since that conversation and still nothing. BE WARNED. SCAM.

Ordered in early December and now it’s end of February and still nothing. Told it got lost (tracking coming from China) and they will resend a new one. No emails after that, no more responses and no product.

I ordered my soursop from naturesours almost 4 months ago and I still have not received my order. I’ve sent email after email and I keep getting the same excuse and they keep sending me track numbers that do not exist. I’ve also got a few friends that had the same experience. This company is not good to order from. I’m not one to write any review but the way they presented themselves and also how they’ve handled the situation has been horrible. Do not recommend to order. Other great companies have been helpful more than these guys.

I ordered from them in November. Never received my product. They sent a fake tracking number that has never moved and refuse to give me a refund due to a recent practice to not give refunds. Continue to email them weekly AND disputed with PayPal to get refund but no updates as of last week

While they sound accommodating and cordial in their email correspondence, I have yet to receive my order. It’s been months.

I finally received my soursop and on the box label it says 500 mg fruit 1.7 mg leaves the bottle says b12 I don't want b12 I want soursop leaves like the box says I'm reporting this company for their false products and I demand a refund because you product is not as advertised I had it tested and no soursop demand refund

I would not even give this company one star but it wouldn't allow me to write this review without a star. I believe this company is a total scam. I ordered Naturesour back in December. I have written this company numerous times asking where is this delivery, and finally for a refund at this point. They refuse to refund my money. They told me they sent a replacement, then they asked me if I want a replacement. I have asked for the name and email address of the President of this company who can see this is just not right to string people along and take their money. I firmly believe that this is a total scam operation. I do not believe there is even a company. After reading all these other reviews, I believe that all the more. Save yourself money and time invested. Do not purchase this product. They are not legit.

It's been 2 months no product! I have made several inquiries with the promise another product is being sent. I've demanded a refund after being given "a discount for a future order" like I'd ever order from this company again! This company has horrible customer service with no truth to their responses. Stay away!!

UPDATE- March 16- I've tried again reaching out to customer service- they've stopped responding! This company doesn't deserve the 1 star required for the review STAY AWAY & DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
