I want to know why the ingredients labels don't match on the bottle and the box? The box says 1.7 additional from leaves yet the bottle says it's B6??? That's just a vitamin.

I would give this no star if I could. I purchased their product in November. It has not arrived. First they offered a 5% refund but still no product as of today, February 11, 2025. Conveniently, their refund policy has changed to no refunds. I do not agree, they should provide a full refund and honour the policy, which was in place at the time of my purchase. Provide a full refund for order.

Don't set up a subscription!
I had set up a subscription, but cancelled it. I keep getting an email stating my subscription is in the process. I respond that it has been cancelled and they respond as such and apologize. I still get charged and item sent, which takes awhile. Not sure how or why this keeps happening since my account with them shows I do not nor have had a subscription. Now it is being escalated through the resolution center.
Received yet another email stating they are happy I received my order! And the cancel process AGAIN. My account shows no subscription nor history, as stated in my previous emails. The responses are nicely written, but don’t resolve the issue nor answer correctly, such as glad I received my order! It hasn’t been sent out at the time I initially responded, so guessing its stalled long enough to have it shipped by now.

I wish I would've read reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 12/23/24 and it is now 2/5/25 and still no order. The tracking stopped on January 10th and keeps saying in transit. I was offered a 20% discount on the next order, but how so if I haven't even received the first one. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered Dec 4 and on Feb 5 I have not received the item. Tracking from China now says could not be delivered which is totally BS because the address is correct and the company does not want to give a refund! Total scam

Do not order from this company! I placed an order on December 2, 2024 and I never received the order. They told me that it was delivered to my front porch on 1/20/25 at 5:21 am by the post office. I called the post office and gave them the tracking number supplied by the company and was told that the number wasn’t a number that was used by the post office.
Naturesours refused to refund my money and keeps insisting it was delivered. I have a ring camera on my front porch and it shows no such delivery for that day and time or any other deliveries for that week.
Their orders are not shipped from the USA and cc charge is from a company named Pizzi e-Commerce. Beware. I gave them a bad review on their website, but it was never posted. I would give a zero star, but 1 is the lowest allowed.

They are not BBB ACCREDITED, Stated a US buisiness but it is not. BEWARE: I ordered,and received no confirmation so I reached out with no response. Only after I threatened to contact my bank I was giving 2 seperate tracking numbers from china,neither show any reception , acceptance or movement.,yet the return address for an abandoned building in Switzerland. Totally disappointed (still)!
Totally disappointed!! Placed an order on 12/23/24 and still have not received it. I was offered a discount (why? If my first purchase never arrived) as well as a replacement was being sent. To date 2/3/25 I have yet to receive my order. I have received emails (like others) placing blame elsewhere. The guarantee they provide on receiving their product is a lie.
Update: today is 2/17 and still nothing. My order (47174) has not been received nor the replacement which was also promised nor was my refund.

I strongly believe this product is a scam. They provided fake certificates of authenticity, clearly attempting to mislead customers into thinking it's genuine. Instead of a proper PDF, they sent me a low-quality screenshot that looked anything but authentic. The process took far too long, and when I asked for clarification, they kept redirecting me to their website where the documents are blurry. That alone raises serious red flags. They claim the product is made in the Caribbean, yet the return address is in Switzerland, and it’s actually shipped from China. Why the inconsistency? I’ve decided to send the product to a lab for testing to verify its authenticity and expose this company if necessary. It’s clear they’re more focused on clever marketing than delivering an authentic product. Be cautious! Many of the positive reviews seem suspiciously fake. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review gets deleted too. In addition, they offered me a 40% refund, but then later told me they could not offer me a refund any anymore because they are having a hard times. This company is BOGUS!!!!

SCAM: The product arrived with about 1/2 of the contents leaked out in both bottles because the tops were on crooked. This company is just a scam apparently.
The order was problematic from the beginning. Tracking info sucks. There was no prior notification that the product ships from China, and using SHOP is a disaster. In the future I will not buy any product from Naturesours.

I placed an order on Dec. 14, 2024. Today is Jan. 26, 2025 and I still do not have my order. In following the tracking number, it supposedly cleared customs on Dec. 29. I have emailed the company on multiple occasions with still no resolution. At this point I would consider the package lost and have asked for a refund. The company keeps telling me to wait, that the package is in route and I should have it soon. Don’t waste your money or your time with this place. Go elsewhere.

I received my soursop today. I realized it had to clear customs and it takes time. Also, I think the company tries to get a couple of orders before sending out.
