A cane didn't work and they sent another!
I ordered 2 canes with lights and alarm. The arm to help get us out of chairs is great. We really like them.
The lights and alarm on one of the canes didn't function. The problem was brought to the attention of the company. We deivered proof of the problem and another cane arrived at our doorstep! No hassle. They were kind and helpful.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees back to Great Britain
Nothing wrong with the cane but I’m too short to use it because it won’t adjust low enough, the prob is the return policy !!! It doesn’t say buyer has to pay return shipping to United Kingdom which is cost prohibitive , so my only recourse is to accept their 25% returned to my card and to keep a cane that I have no use for. I will donate it though so that something good comes of it, but I just want to warn future buyers …. be careful.

The product is great, does what the adverts state. Very comfortable in the hand,sturdy,well built and the purple colour fantastic. Highly recommended for people having difficulty standing or mobility issues in general. The addition of a slight and the alarm is a bonus. So easy to order and speed of delivery absolutely fantastic.
