The product is great, does what the adverts state. Very comfortable in the hand,sturdy,well built and the purple colour fantastic. Highly recommended for people having difficulty standing or mobility issues in general. The addition of a slight and the alarm is a bonus. So easy to order and speed of delivery absolutely fantastic.

I feel more confident walking with my Naxir cane, I feel that I walk with more stability.

The service was excellent. My order arrived much sooner than I expected. I have not made use of the cane yet. My choice. |I'm using a cushion to sleep on my left side. The cushion supports my hip and that reduces the pressure on the hip.

I typed in my address with the wrong number by mistake.
I emailed them and they changed it to the correct one before the parcel was shipped out to me!

I was initially disappointed when I received my canes because the flashlights did not work on either one of them. However, I really liked the handle, which helped me stand up. When I contacted Customer Service and sent them videos and pictures showing the issue with the flashlights, they promptly sent me a replacement cane that works wonderfully. I appreciate the quality of the product and the excellent customer service. Although it takes quite a while for the canes to be delivered, they are definitely worth the wait.

The product is amazing with the light and alarm. The product came promptly.

It would have been helpful to include printed directions for inserting the batteries.
