I TRIED TO SHORTEN THE CANE, BUT ALL IT CAN DO IT LENGTHEN IT. !!!!!! RIDICULOUS. IT SHOULD SHORTEN, BUT ALL IT WANTS TO DO IS LENGTHEN. I TRY USING IT AROUND THE HOUSE EVEN THO IT'S TOO LONG FOR ME. I DON'T THINK I SHOULD TAKE IT OUT IN PUBLIC THO. THANKS. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SINCE DAY 1.

Quick response and impressed with customer service!

I received a stick that wasn’t working as advertised with the light and alarm. I contacted Customer Support Team and was advised to attach a video of my stick, showing the steps followed and used to try to turn on the light and alarm etc. Ali & Rachelle responded to my emails in a timely manner and advised she had watched the video and contacted the appropriate Team to view also. Ali emailed back with apology for my problem and advised another stick will be despatched to me asap and I would not be required to send back the faulty stick. The support I’ve received has been excellent and would like to commend Naxir for engaging great Customer Support Staff for that Team. I’ve received the replacement stick and it worked perfectly first time as per the instructions and I’m very happy with this outcome. I love my stick and it lives up to what Naxir advertise. I feel very confident now going out, knowing the assistance the stick gives me to get out of chairs, the car and any situation without having to ask for assistance by anyone and it’s freedom for me. Naxir, your stick really does live up to what you advertise about the product. Many, many thanks to all involved in resolving the matter promptly.

The cane/product will NOT lower to work for anyone 5 feet or shorter. If you want to return the item, CUSTOMER has to pay return shipping to UK. Website does NOT advise that cane will lower to accommodate shorter customers, or that refunds only happen if customer pays return shipping.

Dealing with customer was frustrating. You get bounced around and patronized, but no real resolutions.

The cane is well made and has nice features. Delivery time was reasonable.

Very quick response to my problem with the cane, within 20 minutes the problem was solved. However after using this cane a few days the new batteries go dead. Is this normal? I have replaced them at least 4 times since I received the cane a few weeks ago. Please replace this cane or give me a refund for the full value. I will gladly return the cane. The Cane is a great idea and it works.
But looking forward, making one for Heavier People, as their problem comes at any age. Remembering when I first tried the cane and got flex in the shaft and had to ask for a Breaking Weight. I used to be 150kg and even now at 130kg I am constantly having to see if it would hold me up if I was dragging myself up from the Ground and then exerting myself across the top of the Cane to get up from the Ground. Worse still, if it didn't hold my weight, would I be Impaled?
You need to put that Breaking Strain of 113kg, to safe guard yourself as you have nothing at the moment.

The device works perfectly, except that it was broken upon arrival. The light did not work, and the button was not in the kane. Could you send a replacement please!

I received the cane I ordered. It was not what I expected. It was not as sturdy as other canes I’ve used. So I asked to return as per 60 day guarantee. It took several day to get the reuurn authorization. But only then was I told I would have to ship it back at my own expense. The return was to be shipped to an address in the UK! It would cost over $200 to ship! At that, I accepted a partial credit. Credit has been issued and I’ve accepted their offer for me to keep the cane that I will have to get use to using. Everyone has been friendly and tried to make things right.

Just a bit disappointed my friend had to pay postage to return the cane. She loved it and had you been able to provide a shorter one she would have been delighted. She tries to walk as much as possible but is getting increasingly more fragile
