Just a bit disappointed my friend had to pay postage to return the cane. She loved it and had you been able to provide a shorter one she would have been delighted. She tries to walk as much as possible but is getting increasingly more fragile

Thought I'd lost the shipment. I misunderstood the notice and the shipment arrived on time.

The cane is very well made for purpose and top it off with good looks it is all n all good value.

Delivery was slow and i would have preferred a larger handle instead of the torch

I bought the walking stick for a friend and he is so impressed with it. Says it's the best he has ever had. I also have peace of mind with the light to guide him at night and particularly the alarm, knowing that he can alert the neighbours if he is in difficulty.

First time I have purchased from this company,as soon as I placed an order I then received an email with a discount. I mentioned it to the company and had such a positive response. I would trust them 100% . Excellent customer service.

Product is ok bends on full weight to get up i didnt feel secure with it and so requested a refund they stated they would refund 25% and we could keep product when I insisted they said shipping coats to return is at your own costs and are expensive
We can offer 50% refund and keep product.
Ask about return address etc and they constantly hard sell keep product. I am very sceptical when companies do this. I wont be using it as I didnt trust it. They stated if the product is faulty they would cover shipping costs.

Great service, had a small issue with the cane and Rachelle promptly attended to it by providing a new cane that arrived very quickly.
Would certainly recommend this seller.
