Joanna at Naylors Nantwich is honestly so helpful! She’s so welcoming and always has me leaving the store with a smile!

Went to Naylors (Nantwich). Joanna who served us was great, she spent time making sure George's back protector was correct and explained how the fit should be. Joanna also spent time helping us getting other clothing we needed and I felt nothing was too much trouble.

Saffron was friendly and extremely helpful. She offered to load my box with shavings, getting soaked in the process!

Staff were so helpful around the store. Very knowledgeable and could help us find the products best for our horse.

Best hat fitting experience I’ve ever had! The staff were all lovely and took their time to make sure that they found a hat that fit perfectly. I’m black and have a lot of hair and a big head, which has made it difficult for other shops to fit me in the past but this was not a problem at Naylors Nantwich.

I had also used the click and collect service to pick up some other items which was great!

I was really impressed with Kayleigh when I went in for some new boots. She went out of her way to show me what would suit my needs. She was very patient and spent the time with me to ensure I got a correct fit. We found all the Staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. This kind of service is rare and we would definitely recommend this store for all your equine needs

Phoebe was helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about hats, boots, and chaps. She was lovely-natured and made the whole experience stress-free. Her friendly approach and expertise were greatly appreciated, and she made shopping a pleasure.

Brilliant customer service!!! I am very picky with boots and an awkward size and Kayleigh and saffron did an amazing job at finding me the perfect boots and I must have tried on almost ten pairs and some of them fit but l didn’t like the style so after trying on many pairs both saffron and Kayleigh found me my dream boots that fit perfectly. Really happy with my new boots and the brilliant customer service 💗

Our local Naylor’s is located in Tarporley/ Nantwich- when we attend it’s an absolute delight when Joanna is working. ( Saturday ) not only is she knowledgeable in any questions asked but nothing is too much trouble, not to mention a friendly and warm manner.

Absolutely fantastic service from Joanna. We came in to buy a riding helmet and back protector for my daughter and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Joanna took the time to give honest advice, guidance and support, making sure everything fitted properly and that we understood the options available. Her knowledge, patience and attention to detail were brilliant, but what really stood out was the genuine rapport and customer care she showed throughout.

This was so helpful for my riding. I would recommend it anyone. Saffron was brilliant so friendly and explained really clearly what to do. She gave some great tips and advice. I will definitely be booking another session soon

My wife was looking for a riding hat after starting again in horse riding.we dealt with a lady called sheridam who was very good and was very patirnt.would mot hesitate to shop here again and i would thoroughly recommend the store.she is a great asset to your store

I visited the store today with my Daughter. She was looking for some new riding boots. Ella was very helpful bringing out multiple boots for my daughter to try as she is between sizes right now. Joanna was also very knowledgeable and helped us to find the perfect boots, ones which we probably wouldn’t have considered ourselves. Joanna really couldn’t do enough for us. What a customer service experience we had.

Staff are really happy to assist you from fitting you for a chest protector to boots.

The sales are great and I love the ‘You pay today prices’. The extra 15% of is a bonus when you go to the till.

Sheridan was so helpful when we visited, I used the mechanical horse which was great. The store was well stocked and really nicely laid out. Definitely worth a visit, lots and lots of products and clothing. Sheridan’s colleague was also very friendly and helpful (sorry I didn’t get his name). Thank you for a great afternoon 👍
