We visited Naylors yesterday for various items including new boots, the service was fantastic, the staff were so helpful, and we got what we wanted! Thankyou

Went in this morning with my toddler and baby so had my hands very full! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, in particular Joanna. Excellent range of products and a lovely store to shop in.

Jayne was so patient and helpful, she was very cheerful and didn’t grumble when we had a work related call to take inbetween trying on boots ! Exceedingly fabulous customer service from all the team but especially Jayne .

We had such a wonderful experience at Naylors—once again! A huge thank you to Abbi, who was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. She assisted us with LOADS of items for my daughter’s horse back in the USA and went above and beyond. Abbi was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also super friendly and approachable.

She made sure we had everything we needed and even suggested additional products that have turned out to be perfect for our horse. This was our second visit to Naylors and definitely won’t be our last!

It was a pleasure meeting all of the lovely ladies in-store. Thank you again, Abbi, for the exceptional service—we’re already looking forward to seeing you all again next year!

Today we were served by Abbi, she was amazing. went in to buy a pair of riding boots and left with 1 pair of riding boots, 1 pair of yard boots, a weatherbeeter coat and a lemieux coat, and lots of treats (a lot more than we needed 😂)

Went to get my daughter some new riding boots. The lady that served us great. She gave us advice on which boots would fit her best as she has skinny but short legs. We found the perfect boots for her. Great shopping experience.

I went in with my 2 children and 1 body protector! Both of them have grown and I wanted to know whether the body protector fitted either of them properly and which child needed a new one.
Jayne was very understanding and helpful. First, she checked the fit on both children. It was too small for my son but fitted my daughter well.
She then went to great lengths to find the right fit for my son, which also had some growing room.
So, I am now confident that both children are well protected when they go to Pony Club camp and do cross country.

Although a very hot day and despite the nightmare roadworks I finally got to the shop and was greeted warmly by the lady on the till. She asked if I was looking for anything specific and I told her feed and fly masks. She helped me select the correct feed and showed me to the fly masks. I purchased what I needed and was helped to my car with my bales of feed.
The store was very well presented and lovely and cold on a very hot sunny day! I was pleased to hear I could obtain NHS Blue Light discount so saved too!
I will be returning when I need more supplies.

We were served today by Jo and she could not have been more helpful. She was so engaging and patient with my Granddaughter when fitting her for her first riding hat and boots. She really did make it a special experience. Thank you

We were looking for a body protector and one of the workers saffron was very helpful with honest advice.

I visited the store today and two ladies
One Jayne was amazing she took me to a supplement that has changed my horses life in mobility couldn’t thank her enough

And second was a lady called saffron, she helped me with a fly rug listened to all needs and found me the perfect one also was not sure on size. I explained my horses height and breed and she found the size. I took it and fits perfectly
I could not be more happy on my visit these two girls are a credit to the company see you again very soon and every time I need something this is the place I will go too

I came to Naylors to purchase a new riding hat after a fall. Kirsten literally spent 3 hours with me and tried on an array of different riding hats for me and my little girl. I was so anxious about getting a new hat. She was incredibly patient. Such a credit to the store. Thanks so much for your help. You definitely picked the right hat for me. Feels a secure, snug and comfortable fit

We’ve always found the team at Naylors Nantwich to be helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but today’s experience truly stood out. My autistic daughter needed a hat fitting, and Jo went above and beyond to make her feel completely at ease.

Jo was incredibly patient, kind, and intuitive – taking the time to explain everything in a way that made my daughter feel safe and included. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a really positive one, and I can’t thank her enough.

It’s clear that the staff genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. A huge thank you to Jo and the team – you made our day!

It’s an hour’s drive for us from home but well worth it.
We visited because my wife needed a new riding hat & I can’t tell you how patient & knowledgeable Zara was in helping choose the right one.
