Nic in your Rochdale store is an asset to your company. As an older lady going back to riding, Nic spent time helping find the right hat, her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. We then had fun choosing the right coat and jods. I had a wonderful hour with Nic and now feel safely (and warmly!) equippedto get back in the saddle. Very helpful staff and lots of choice
We used to shop from Naylors, when located towards Norden. Came for a riding hat as we are returning to the equine world, so much choice across all areas. Tash was amazing, helped with sizing, options, advice on the hat. Thank you so much Tash.

Went to Naylors to buy boots couldn’t get any to fit me, but Nic was absolutely fantastic, loads of patience and fun. Would definitely recommend Naylors and I would ask for Nicola.

We received service above and beyond at the Rochdale Store today from Nic, she was helping us to consider different sizes and widths of boot until we got the exact right "fit". She advised on the right size and shape of safety helmet, she ran backwards and forwards for different sizes of garments all with a smile on her face and a good humoured remark. She made our visit a "day out" not just a purchase.

Another great experience at Naylors…
Another great experience at Naylors Rochdale today. Tidy and well presented store. The highlight of the visit is always the friendly knowledgeable staff, in particular Nicola. Nicola helped me today finding a new riding hat, she assessed the fit and brought me out multiple options to try, without complaining about my indecisiveness 😂.
Will definitely return, as I love the store, and always appreciate the helpful staff

Excellent.
We visited today after booking to use the horse simulator. We have never been before and were really impressed. The store is clean and very well laid out AND has public toilets.
Tash was such a lovely member of staff. Really friendly and helpful and put my daughter at ease instantly.
I would highly recommend Naylor's, Rochdale.

Helpful knowledgable assistant

Went looking for gilet and fly mask and as afterthought asked about riding hats as previously been unable to find something that fitted.
Nic was great showing me a gilet in the sale to add to the one I'd already found. Guided me to fly masks - good selection and I finally mentioned the hat and we gave that a try and managed to find a good fit in the style I was after. Nic was patient and thorough great atmosphere on a horrid rainy day.

Dissatisfied- items for our new pony…
Went to purchase items for our new pony after 1hr of travelling we was very disappointed in the selection of pony sizes items. Only 1 pair of brushing boots and only 1 pony lemuix headcollar in blue.

Great shop
I came in the other day and was very kindly greeted and helped with my a member of staff, her name was cailtin she was polite and gave really good advice . She was really helpful. The amount of choice is brill too .
